Several months ago, Stephen Joseph stepped down as an active wrestler, citing irreconciable differences with OAOAST Creative, Corporate, and in particular, one Zack Malibu (fans pop). Since then, he has been managing and guiding the career of our current 24/7 Champion, Tha Puerto Rican. With the OAOAST going through a very tumultous time, it seems that even Stephen Joseph has to get back into the action. On Tuesday, July 12th, Stephen Joseph Popick reactivated his wrestling contract, a power he gave himself when he was an OAOAST commissioner and IntenseZone producer back in 2003. We'll find out very shortly just what this OAOAST veteran has to say about the brewing storms between GPX and Zack Malibu, Some Guy, CWM, and the rest of the Originals. Fans, we haven't heard Stephen Joseph speak his mind on anything other than Tha Puerto Rican for months! ::Josh Matthews knocks on the Lightning Crew door. But I'm here to say this. I don't give a flying f*ck about who is doing what, when, or where, unless it impacts me, The Puerto Rican, or the Lightning Crew. You see, this is MY family now, and family looks out after one another. And I find that, because of all the chaos now, its the best damn time for ole BPP to step back into the ring. So I'm calling out anyone, and I mean anyone, who wants to step into that squared circle, give it a go, and try to match me, pound for pound the best technical and flying wrestler in this business. I'm putting up a challenge for a match at License to Pin. And afterwards? Well, we'll just have to wait and see about all that. Questions: Should SJ be an Original before the battle lines are firmly drawn, or is that a turn after the battle begins? (I assume after) Good Call on my story Zack...Gives me an impetus to being more active, kayfabe and reality. I think I can put in something next week, or should I wait till LTP to start off mgiht do that

Yeah, pretty much (even though I'm a perfectly fine 180) I cut out soda, stopped eating so much red meat, and cook/prepare more foods, and substituted whole wheat into my diet while getting into a regular habit of working out 3 times a week. I also made a lifestyle change by moving onto the metro line here in DC so that I no longer need a car. If I want to go to the movies, I bike. All my friends now live within a mile or at most 2 from me, so I bike. Grocery store, local bars, restaurants, walk or bike...I only really drive now to see my gf, but even thats going to change when i get into better shape.

About that GM idea... How about it? Would make sense if the Upstarts WANT to use SJ... (and he being drunk with power and totally oblivious) Storyline-wise, it could work (if anyway here remembers all the papers I signed before I was booted as commissioner ala Foley!)

I can see Tony/SJ working together, and SG/SJ working together (given fictional and real life happenings). PK and SJ have no history... A case can be made for DB to put aside his hating of SJ given past successes together. Other than that, we could use Poet as part of the faction... In the end, part of SJ's alliance with the Originals must come out of the fact that (i assume) the outcasts threaten the tradition of the oaoast, and doesn't want to see them destroy what I think he would view as partly his creation. So the Originals are: Tony Dan Zack SG CWM Caboose Knight and the Outcasts are? w/ SJ initially? Will an Original move over to the outcasts? CWM and SJ should really have to tag together too...Would have that whole Raven/Dreamer feel to it

Hi. I'm back as of this PPV. EDIT: I would like to thank everyone for keeping me as a Mod. I don't know why, but it felt like I wasn't totally disconnected from the OAOAST. I appreciate it. I don't really need to be a mod anymore (cept to post segments to GCF) but if someone else is more deserving, you can give em my spot. But not my wrestling spot. I'm an old geezer, and like WCW, I will book myself to keep it!

Now, to sound like a broken record, could you give me a very brief idea of what the upstarts/originals angle is supposed to be? I thought about how I'd turn to the originals...something about recognizing false praise, whatever, and deciding that while I might not like and be liked by all of the originals, having their real respect mattered more than false friends... or something. Even though I cant see SJ Ever really being face-ish to Malibu. Thanks Hoff

That does not mean it is not contributing. The economy of the WW2 pretty much grew because we got distracted by a war and got confidence and stopped worrying. Plus, it was mainly the fault of very lax investment rules ... Of course government spending helped out. But private spending for outstripped the government involvement. If economic improvement was a pie, and the contents were the reasons for the improvements, maybe 15% of the growth could be considered due to defense contracts (and thats an overestimate, because the government budget for defense was 15% of its total budget...) EDIT: It is very difficult to differentiate primary and secondary effects. I refer to primary ones. Investment happened because of confidence. So you COULD attribute the growth to increased investment but the truer answer lies in what caused investment to rise. To that, you can recredit the fat one's rhetoric.
