Creatively, I really don't get all of the praise that 2000 is getting. While admittedly, the first few months leading into Mania were pretty good, and the Angle/HHH/Steph love triangle was very well done, for the most part, the actual storylines and shows became dull, predictable and at times flat out stupid. Remember the damn McMahon-Helmsley Fact-gime??? Remember the evil McMahons signing the faces handicap matches and lumberjack matches and table matches week after week after week? The constant screwjobs. A lot of the WWF/E's reliance on backstage skits started in 2000. Now it wasn't by any means a bad year (certainly a lot better than what we've been getting since), but I wouldn't look upon it as some golden age that we need to return to. That said, it would be best if they had a writer who had some knowledge of wrestling and how things work.

I can see Bradshaw breaking out the baby oil as we speak... Yeah, I made Bradshaw joke! What?!

The Public Enemy/Dudleyz feud from early 99.

Anybody remember that angle they did where Regal starts crying after one of his matches and Nowinski's there to console him and everything? God I hated 2002.

If they were gonna bring back Jazz tonight, why not have her attack Victoria? It was her kick that put her out in the first place.

I'd say SummerSlam 2000 did more to hurt Benoit and Jericho than Fully Loaded did. Benoit being announced as WWF Champion at Fully Loaded pretty much necessitated a one-on-one rematch between he and the Rock for SummerSlam, but instead he got shot back down the card for a meaningless match with Jericho while Rock was unnecessarily thrown into the mix with Angle and HHH. And Jericho really should've stolen Stephanie out from under HHH's and Angle's noses and turned heel. As for the Fully Loaded matches themselves, I haven't seen them in a while (lost the tape), but they were great from what I remember.

Do you write your introductions before you work on the body? Because I've always found that it's a lot easier to just put your paper's content on paper, organize your points, and then go back and write your intro/conclusion.

Another 8. The X Title match was great, I was feeling the UGS stuff. Just out of curiosity, what did y'all think of my little match? I was *trying* to use a little psychology in that one, but I'm not sure how it came off.

One would be to get and remain healthy. Health-wise, the last six months or so have been pretty bad for me. Also, just to get out of this damn rut I've been in for the longest time.

Save for hotshotting Taz into the ME spot, I loved how they built to Guilty as Charged 99 with that "You do the heist, I'll pay the price" angle. Taz trying to take out Sabu to ruin the PPV main event was great. I liked most of the Taz/Triple Threat stuff in 98/99. Shane Douglas shaking Gary Wolfe by his surgical halo during the whole feud with the Pittbulls. Raven stealing Sandman's son. bWo I was barely watching at the time, but I remember the Sandman's blinding in 94 getting a lot of praise.
