^ You are forgetting the mindset of the booker is to get characters over and what happens in the ring doesn't matter cause championship belts are nothing but mere props to get said characters over. Which would mean that more than one person will turn on Sting so that JJ can suckoff as much heat as possible.
I can see that happening but its going to be overbooked by having everybody do the run in and Joe appears to make the save but he hits Sting with the NWA championship strap "by accident".
There will be more than on person involved in the overbooked ending you are forgetting about Luger, Buffy, Eric Young, Cornette, Larry Zybrisco, Slick Johnson, Borash, Steiner(s).
I've got that one and it's very good, but I just didn't like the movie. It may be sacrilege and it may just be because it's been a while since I've seen it, but parts of that movie (including the ending) just make no damn sense to me at all. Everything production-wise is very good about it, but it's almost like the plot tries to be too smart for it's own good, and loses cohesion as a result.
This should have gone into the anime thread, but I saw this and wanted to get that off my chest.
Congratulations you just described 70% of all anime the ending is always overbooked and is lost in translation. The main reason I chose Akira was the use of music in the dramatic parts of the film from the fight with the clowns and the scene where the toys come alive. The score to the film itself is art for the ears...John Williams masterbates to this music.
Next week can I expect Dixie Carter and JJ sitting in the green room discussing PETCO products and Christy Hemi vs So Cal Val in a contract on a pole match?
If the matches are'nt entertaining than it does not matter who is in the main event. RVD is the whole f'n show and should be in a 20 minute match every week. Is it so hard to ask for 2 well-worked matches every week?
