Umm.....go Big XII? They're always like the 3rd best basketball conference behind the ACC and Big East. Plus either OSU or Kansas are going to the Final Four. Last year OSU took on the whole east coast and won.......and then lost to Georgia Tech b/c of a DUMB coaching decision and that was putting John Lucas in there to defend.

Those look good......maybe I should clarify though....turn-based RPG. And yeah I've played Kingdom Hearts and Falbe but none of the others that Lightining Flik mentioned. * denotes owning? You don't have any * on there.

-I can't stand hockey, it's boring to me. -I watch Golf any chance I get. -I would do it with Linda Cohn.....(that one is bad) -I root for Oklahoma State to win anytime they aren't playing OU. -I want Notre Dame to win more national titles....lots more(i guess that's a bad thing b/c so many people hate the Irish) -I play Rugby but most of the time I can't watch it on TV b/c I get bored.

It's been forever since I played a good RPG. I remember the days of my Junior High and High School where I was rapidly plugging in the Final Fantasies, Xenogears(away Andrew!), Legend of Legaia, Wild Arms, and well any RPG I could get my hands on. These days I dunno but it doesn't seem like there is as much choice available. I can't seem to find any RPG's to play. I was wondering if I'm just not looking hard enough and if you guys can suggest one? It's like the RPG mystique is gone for me.....

How do you guys think this College FB season will be remembered? Do you think it was good, average, shitty, or will only be remembered for the controversy?

Well why did they only have four in NYC last year? White, Manning, Fitzgerald, and Perry were the only ones in NYC last year. Does anyone think Benson even has a shot at the Heisman? Yeah I didn't think so.....remember Darren Sproles and Brad Smith? They were Heisman favorites to....hehehehe.

Well they just showed the Heisman commercial on ESPN.com and if that commercial is right then White, Peterson, Leinart, and Bush are your only choices as they will be the 4 in NYC. Well I guess we all kind of figured those would be the final 4.

Hmm.......Gary Barnett was named Big XII Coach of the Year. I think that's a good decision b/c I mean who else in the Big XII did anything special? I mean Mack Brown lost to OU again and is out of the BCS. Les Miles started with promise and fell apart. Dennis Franchione maybe if he hadn't lost to Baylor. Stoops did what he was expected to do. And then you have Barnett who was thought to be on his way out and had to deal with player transfers and scandals and is still going to the conference championship. Now did he go through a miserable division to do it? Yes he did. But this guys team was supposed to finish at the bottom of this division.

Hey I understand. I don't like Wilbon either. And I'll never say never with the Big XII title game b/c of what happened last year. That being said I don't think that Colorado has the coaching nor the talent to compete like KSU did.

Well on one hand I think it's crappy that he wasn't able to get his full recruiting class but on the other hand he hasn't been doing a good job and had 1 losing season and another terrible one this year. Is it him? Is it the schedule? I don't know. I know I was crying for his head during the USC game but stepping back and thinking about it I honestly don't know what I think about this.

Well I keep the sliders at normal b/c I'm not a very good play caller. Usually I call some alright plays but most of the time my talent saves me and I get lucky. But I take WAY to many chances and can call a stinker now and then.

Here were the lines I heard on the news today: Auburn is a 12 point favorite last I heard. USC is a 21 point favorite. OU is a 22 point favorite.

God this ND offense is so bad it's just frustrating and not fun to play the game!

What a frustrating game. I lost to Washington at home 14-12. That's right WASHINGTON! After blowing out great teams these guys come into my house and do me in! What bullshit! And it was one of those frustrating games where your team does nothing right. Your QB throws 4 INT's, your HB can't hold onto the fb, your defense can't run with anyone, your OL can't hold blocks. Just frustrating. Like the game didn't want me to win.

Well it looks like Leinart has jumped out to the front in ESPN.com's poll. Hopefully everyone doesn't decide race over and send in their ballots this weekend just b/c this is the last thing they saw. That'd be well......that'd be pretty crappy b/c OU didn't get a chance to showcase it's Heisman canidates as the last thing in everyone's minds. Yeah I know that USC didn't play last week but the point I'm making is that all the voters are going to remember is what happened this past weekend and since Leinart was the only one playing and making his big statement game that'll be the first thing to go through their head when voting. So I'm hoping those that felt burned after the Big XII title game last year will hold off until after this weekend.

Well I've decided to bring this back up since I've been getting into the game more lately. For some reason before College FB season I go wild with this game but during I just never play. Towards the end and afterwards I go nuts again. It's weird. Anyways I've run a couple 1 year dynasties just to have fun. But I always use high profile teams. I ran an OU, Cal, and Tennessee dynasty but I just couldn't keep playing with them b/c they were already good teams at the top. I had my longest running dynasty as SMU. I went to the computers bowl my first season and then went on a wild 5 national titles in a row streak before I realized I had reached the pinnacle and took over as coach of a fallen Nebraska program. My success was not duplicated for some reason. I got bored after one season and closed the book on this dynasty program forever. That's when I tooled around with the three big teams I mentioned above. Now I'm ready to go strong with Notred Dame. Yeah the prestige is high but overall they aren't a good team. So far in my first 3 games of the season I've played against BYU, Michigan, and Michigan State. I've allowed 4 red zone visits, sacked countless QB's, at least 2 forced fumbles a game, at least 2 INT's a game. ND/BYU: 35-0 ND/Michigan 28-0(this was in the first half my offense completely fell apart in the second half only accumulating about 70 yards but my defense held strong) ND/MSU- 35-0 My defense is just amazing. This is on All-American though, I've never tried Heisman. I don't think I'll go undefeated but it may be a 10 win season. I dunno. I was figuring I was coming into the season with an uphill battle b/c of how bad ND sucks in real life. But so far I've been cruising. The problem I forsee is that my offense sucks. A lot of those points I made in those other games were defensive TD's. I've accumulated an average of 340 some odd yards a game. So when I run into a high powered defense I'm going to get creamed.

A guy was just in my store that's from San Diego. He said he's live in Oklahoma for 2 years now and he said that he was just shocked at how into college fb we are. I've heard this from other people that come from areas with large market pro teams they just can't believe that we can get into it this much. He was like "I mean you have all these rivlaries and you even have OU and OSU stores! I mean there weren't any SDSU stores where I lived!" Does anyone else live in a market where people are this into college fb?

I remember when Georgia was ranked #3 going into the season and many thought they would take it all.....Auburn and Tennessee stopped that.

Mine's like 28-0 on this one. Yeah I played those season as SMU but I simulated all conference play b/c well.....it's the WAC(i think) and that's boring.

Man I think we need to dig up the old NCAA 2K5 Dynasty thread.....or start a new one.

I had a 6 year dynasty with SMU on All-American. That was cool taking them from nothing to having the longest winning streak in history(63 games). Now even though they have high prestige I'm trying to bring Notre Dame back to prominence. I like playing with OU since they're my favorite team but then again it's boring b/c they and USC and teams like that are already good and there's no challenge to bring them to the top.

That's another thing that bothers me about NCAA. It seems that the defense can be 50 yards down field and my reciever is wide open so I'll let the ball fly and somehow about 4 defenders will be on him by the time the ball gets there. It drives me nuts.

So it's looking pretty unlikely for Auburn to make it to the title game without a loss from OU or USC isn't it? You know though it's not like the computers are holding Auburn out. The voters have them ranked #2 as well.

Not only is AD leading this poll but he's leading the fan poll on ESPN.com. But ya know we have no say in the end...
