I was wondering what the some of the most devastating injury's in the history of sports are? I'm not talking about specific injury's I'm referring to a player that has gotten injured and the fans knew right then "Our seasons done.....he's the heart and soul of this team." Like if Jordan had broken his leg during one of the Bulls championship years they probably wouldn't have made it. So what were some injury's you saw and knew it was over.....and then it did turn out to be over?

What about Olikawanda? I think that's how it's spelled. That guy was doing a pretty good job actually. I don't think Malone will be able to guard KG on Sunday......not as good as he was when he was fresh and KG was tired.

The Lakers will not sweep the series. No way that happens. If you think they will then you are a blind Laker lover. Greatest sports franchise in history!?!?!?!? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I mean that's absurd. As much as I hate them........THE YANKEES are the greatest sports franchise in history. Hell The Lakers aren't even the best NBA franchise in history. That honor belongs to The Celtics. The Celtics have won 16 world titles......The Lakers have only won 9! Sure they won some as the Minneapolis Lakers but that's a different team. The Los Angeles Lakers have only won 9 world titles and are probably going to win #10 this year. But even then they have 6 more to catch up to the Celtics and I have a feeling they're due for a slump again. Especially if Malone, Payton, and Jackson retire. And I don't forsee Kobe being on the team much longer either. Greatest sports franchise in history? HA! They aren't even the best basketball franchise in history.

I'll agree with that. He's a huge part of the offense. I think they should go to a game they know they'll lose(maybe Game 3) and bench him the whole game so he'll have about 4 days rest.

Yeah did nobody notice KG panting and walking on some plays? The guy was out of it. Now if Malone eats KG's lunch in Game 2 then I'll step back and admit it. But as of right now all he proved was the a rested KM can beat an exhausted KG.

Hey I'll give the Lakers there credit. Kobe can be amazing. Shaq is dominating. Payton is good at times. Malone is good when he's had rest. And there bench is pretty deep. But I still don't think they're the best team to grace god's green earth.

Actually it's a treatment to the fact that KG played less than 48 hours ago in one of the biggest games of his life and the 40 year old man had 5-6 days to rest. He won't have the upper hand in Game 2. His age will show.

I don't think Minnesota will lose again at home. Don't forget they traded home victories with the Kings and Kobe might not be there for Game 4. That's a hit to the Lakers offense. T-Wolves win Sunday. Lakers win Game 3. T-Wolves win Game 4. T-Wolves win Game 5 Lakers win Game 6. And I'm still up in the air about Game 7.

I'm feeling good about this game. The T-Wolves are tired and The Lakers are beating them down but they won't stay down. Even if they don't win this game it shows that the Lakers are going to have a tough time with them.

Oh yes because you know I never gave any other team than OU credit. That's why I said LSU was a better team.....oh wait I just did it. All the Lakers fans are counting the T-Wolves out and everyone else in the NBA out. The T-Wolves did win 3 of 4 against The Lakers in the regular season. This game will go to a Game 7 and Minnesota will win Game 7. Is it going to be easy? No. But The Lakers aren't the best team ever and better than any other team that has touched a basketball.

Hey VitaminX.....give someone beside the Lakers credit. And I'm not talking about "Oh they're a good team........" followed up with "but The Lakers will eat there lunch!" Once again. The Lakers are not the best team ever and they're not god's team. Quit treating them like it. Give someone else some credit.

Game 1 tonight. However since the first 2 games are at home I still don't trust it if Minnesota gets off to a 2-0 lead.....because so did the Spurs and we saw how that turned out.......but still......go T-Wolves.
