  1. Regardless of whether it's on the books, it still exists and it's still affirmative action.
  2. STFU you're ruining my dreams I forgot to change the clock I was looking at five minutes ago... *sigh* I guess I missed class.
  3. Yeah, you've got it, and it is a class issue over all else. It's still Affirmative Action, though.
  4. 2 and a half for the East coast... wooo!
  5. While yes, it does cross racial and gender lines, it would appear that whites have benefitted from it the most. Not backing it up with figures because I don't have time to research it before class, but it's a pretty safe bet.
  6. If you consider legacy admissions to colleges as AA (which it really is), then the argument is a decent one.
  7. 85,536!!! I didn't beat you two nerds, but I beat FISHY!@!!!~!!@~@~!!lkasjd;flkjsdfkjsd;lkfj!~w NO MORE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS IN YOUR CLUTCHES, FISHY. BWAHAHAHAHAHHAA ... *goes back and plays again*
  8. That reminded me -- whether it's accurate or not -- of old-school IGN Wrestling recaps. *mark out*
  9. Freakin' HYPED about this. I haven't actually watched any of the series on free TV (I bought the DVDs for both seasons), so I'm not sure how I'm gonna manage waiting a week inbetween episodes. However, having loved both seasons so far, I can't wait until Tuesday.
  10. ...wtf? The title threw me like fucking crazy. I need to take another break from this folder.
  11. MICHAEL CRAAAAVEN just got accepted. Woot woot. http://www.iwfefed.net/tournaments/wwcx.html
  12. God dammit. I can't beat it.
  13. Well, I don't know about you Rant, but I care more about melons. And Vern, they're really not seedless, since those little white seeds are still there. Hmm, wonder if those watermelons are racist since they don't have any BLACK seeds?... I bet it WAS made by the white man. Motherfuckers were pushing for seed segregation, claiming the ones with the "Black seeds" are of lower class. FUCK seedless watermelon.
  14. http://www.ebaumsworld.com/fishy.html Highest score for me is 9714. This is the stupidest game I've ever been so hopelessly addicted to.
  15. Yeah, the pancake problem is fixed. I play as the Steelers (big surprise) and I've managed to keep the core of the team together and win the Super Bowl in my first year on All-Pro (I'll probably switch to Madden next season, because I'm winning games way too lopsided). My secret to combating Pittsburgh's atrocious secondary was 1) Take out Burnt Alexander, put in Chris Hope (more speed!!!) 2) Start Pola over Mike Logan (he was green and let up some big plays, but it all worked out) and 3) Get pressure on the quarterback early and rely on special teams to help me get to a handy lead and then play cover 2. Chad Scott was the NFL's defensive MVP after returning an obscene 10 INTs for touchdowns, mostly while playing a cover 2.
  16. Wow, that's terribly relevant to the argument at hand. HOLY SHIT A TYPO. Forgive me for not taking the time to read a 3,000 word speech. I googled "Bush" "imminent threat" "Iraq" and that popped up, among other things. Hot damn, he didn't say it in that exact language. That proves what? Regardless, I said "administration", and not Bush himself. Some of the more blunt "grave threat" type of comments are made by general Republicans and Generals, not Bush himself. Again, whoopity frickin' do. There are PLENTY of quotes that insinuate that much -- regarding the WMDs and their "capabilities" and how we're all going to die if we don't kill Saddam now -- that should now be brought into question. How about these? ...or others that say we know they have them and we know where they are? Whether he used the words "imminent threat" or not is irrelevant; that was CLEARLY the message presented by the administration, and your claims to the contrary are absurd. http://www.lunaville.org/WMD/billmon.aspx So where are those WMDs again?
  17. Wrong like usual, Mike. http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/20...20021007-8.html Take any number of quotes from that thread. As usual, you're full of shit; this is ONE SPEACH, and he declared it VERY often before the war.
  18. You're thinking of Syria. Was it just Syria? I'm almost dead sure we had a whole bunch of offenders sit on the committee. It was embarassing. Naw, pretty sure it was just Syria. Iraq wasn't on the committee anyway, that's for sure. Maybe China too, which would be kinda bad.
