  1. One that I'd love to see that has never happened on a big stage, and has never really happened (meaning a match that means anything), is Benoit vs. Mysterio. Why they've never had a long term program, I'll never know. They had a pretty solid match on an episode of SD once (and even that was way back in 2002), have been in a few three-ways together, and have been in tags, but they've never really been in a program together, not even in WCW. I wouldn't even mind seeing those two feuding over the world title (yes, I said it). I think their matches would be far better than the Guerrero/Mysterio series. Am I alone here? I know it's mentioned before, but never a thread talking about it really, unless I totally missed it.
  2. Well this has turned into quite a game.
  3. Let us not forget the very special moment between Angle and Lesnar.
  4. I don't think any WalMarts in my area are getting this in. I haven't found this at any of the stores within 50 miles of me. It's not that they are sold out...they just haven't ever had it in stock to begin with.
  5. http://www.hdbeat.com/2005/10/04/my-name-i...rl-in-hd-rocks/ I think that's pretty cool. I continue to love this show.
  6. I know who I'd like to see join the RAW team, but he was in WCW and I dare not even speak his name. But I'd love it.
  7. I actually think that moving it to Friday nights is a good idea. The expectations for that night are much lower than for a Sunday or Monday. I could see the show lasting for a good while on that night.
  8. Could AD be moving to Friday nights once it returns later this month? http://medialifemagazine.com/artman/publish/article_464.asp
  9. Yes. HHH claimed to be the King of Kings.
  10. I think they'll shake hands at the end also, but I also think for sure that Austin will give him yet another stunner, leaving Hogan laid out in the ring.
  11. I'd like to see HHH side with Harley Race, taking Flair's place as a manager of sorts. I can just imagine Flair putting together one last group of Horsemen in order to take on HHH once and for all.
  12. http://www.fox.com/arresteddev/ New episodes return OCT 31st after baseball! I guess they could change their mind, but as of right now the best TV show of all time is safe and sound. If they can just make it through the entire third season, I would be happy. I want the show to continue for years and years, but I'll take anything that I can get. October 31st can't get here soon enough! Is the "In Case You Missed It" section of the AD website new this season?
  13. I was hoping that Hogan would come out to "protect" the McMahon family. It would have been easy to do, very easy. Hogan has more respect for Vince and the family than ever, and is thankful that he keeps getting allowed to return to the spotlight, while Austin is just his normal self.
  14. I thought it made Austin look like a moron, by not coming out to get in Hogan's face.
  15. If it happens? There is no doubt that it's going to happen now, and it'll happen at WM22, period.
  16. Oh wow, I've never heard Sabu talk either (I don't think), so I put in the second disc and saw it has a deleted scene of his, of just him talking about WCW, his name, etc... I'll never be able to look at the guy the same now that I've seen him talk, heh. He's actually a pretty good speaker if you ask me.
  17. I bought this at WalMart today, but I haven't even opened it yet. Have any of you guys actually watched it yet? EDIT: There are five matches on the DVD as well: -Sabu vs. Terry Funk -Shane Douglas vs. Chris Candido -New Jack vs. Vic Grimes -Jerry Lynn vs. Chris Hamrick -Sandman vs. Konnan The total length of the set is over five hours, spread over two DVDs.
  18. After all of the buildup to this show, it just didn't feel like anyone actually took the time to write the show, to book it in a way that made it feel like everything flowed. It felt like an old WCW show, where the decided what was going to happened literally as the show went on. That said, I DID enjoy it, to an extent. Overall though, I'd say that they dropped the ball, big time.
  19. Batista did a great spinebuster to big Vis, but then TBS kicked Batista's ass. Pretty cool ending.
  20. It's still going on online guys.
  21. This just doesn't have the same feel of the ECW invasion, heh.
  22. "WELL YA KNOW MEAN GENE!"
