I have to do it with certain shows with a heavy/thick English accent also. There was one, I forget what it's called, but I couldn't hardly understand a single word that quite a few of the characters were saying. I think the show had a guy in a wheelchair in it as a main character.

Not to mention the fact that a shitty English dub can just about ruin some foreign films. For many, watching it with subtitles in the original language and then watching it with an English dub, it's like two totally different films. The last one that did this to me was for High Tension/Switchblade Romance/Haute Tension. I hated the English dub they included for the US theatrical release.

Thank God I didn't have to be the only one to say that.

If, God forbid IF, something was to happen to the Super Dome, not only would it be horrible just because of how many people could be killed, but it could also hurt other aspects of our country. While watching TV today, I saw mostly white athorities getting all of the people to go in there, and the vast majority of them were African American. I'm sure there are people out there who would take issue with that, and try to make something of it which most certainly isn't the case. I found it amusing that they kept saying that winds could be 160+ in the area, then went on to make the point that people shouldn't worry because the dome was tested to be able to take 130 winds. I was listening to some radio show on AM last night, and they said that there was a movie on Sci-Fi that aired in July, or somewhere back then fairly recently, and the first part of it was about a hurricane that hit the same area as this one, causing the price of oil to hit $70+...and then went on to show other horrible things happening. Did any of you catch that?

My high school sweetheart's name was Katrina (almost got married, but she cheated on me), so all of this can't help but make me think of her. They also seem to have a lot in common, seeing how they both continue to gain mass.

I don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but it's been confirmed that Metroid Prim Hunters for the DS will be going online when it's released in the first part of 2006.

Did I say that you were not allowed to have a preference? I just don't understand why some people just don't want to or can't read subtitles during a foreign movie, that's all. To stay on topic, yes it was a fantastic film. You need to see all of the other Stephen Chow flicks.

I bought the Lab version, and I picked up Advance Wars: DS while I was at it. Two fucking great games on the same day...awesome. Anyway, Nintendogs is great. It's going to sell an ass load of DS systems, and the game is going to be a huge hit. I adopted a lab, and named him RJ (I have a real one, named Rocky...thus, R.J.). So far I have taught him to sit, shake, lie down, chase his tail, jump, sneeze, roll over, shake his back leg, and to stand up all the way on his two back legs. I also taught him to beg, but the bastard wasn't doing that one so great, so I'm going to have a go at that one again. It takes a while to teach a Nintendog to beg, and it can be a pain in the ass...in a good way sorta though. It took a while for me to teach my dog to jump also. I also have it where he does the thing on the floor like the Three Stooges, where he goes around on his back/side. He can also do a complete back flip, but I haven't officially taught him to do it yet. Right now, I have 1,540 Trainer Points as well, and I have $708.40 to spend. I might get another dog soon, but I'm trying to get R.J. really trained first. He's won a few of the competitions so far also. I also bought a keyboard, which is pretty cool seeing how the dog will "sing" along with whatever you play. There is a shitload of stuff to do in this game. I usually hate games like this too. I hated Tamagotchi and PC games like Dogz and Catz, but this one is about as different as it can be but still be the same "sort" of game. I'm really interested in new and unique things, which is why I think I'm playing this right now. To think that you can communicate with your video game using your voice, and it will obey your commands...it's just really, really cool. The DS is alive and well folks.

...or like an old time wrestling announcer. I always liked when they'd do that. The guy is gold, he's going to be huge, and I couldn't be any happier about that. Nor bring on Burchill and let's get this really started. I could see this guy joining JBL also, I think they would work very well together, and could eventually lead to a split between the two, or possibly even a Beniot/Kennedy feud over the US title.

I'm happy to see others marking for the guy. I was worried I'd be all alone.

I want the Flair type of cover/packaging also, it would be perfect. I wonder what the sales numbers will be for this DVD after it's been out a while. Do we have a new #1 WWE released DVD on our hands now?

I-I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I actually really enjoyed SmackDown tonight. Could things on this dud of a show actually be picking up now?
