Anyone remember what I said in this thread? This isn't a hard storyline to figure out. It's a classic naturally developing storyline. They will now either continue to trade wins for a while, or they'll go separate ways which will end up with one of the two with the world title, at which time Angle and Joe will once again cross paths. This latest match was fantastic, and I don't have a problem with the finish. Not only did Joe make Kurt Angle, the "greatest wrestler in the world", tap out twice in the same match, but he also outsmarted him on his way to victory. I thought the chair shot spot, and then Joe pulling Angle into the choke was just so perfect, it was flawless and was really something special. Anyone who can't look past the ref bump and the chair shot and see the match for what it was, and the story that it told, is a complete and utter twat, a twat just looking for something to bitch and complain about.

The guys at PWInsider are saying that RVD being eliminated so early is more than likely because he's continuing to refuse to go to Iraq.

Ha, this PWInsider postshow is great. They said that they got an IM from someone very high up in the company and it said something along the lines of "so, do you believe me now when I said that HHH built up CM Punk last week so he could slap him down this week?"

My free stream just changed from the PPV "stand by for the replay" screen to hardcore porn (ClubJenna).

Let's not forget that they did a lot of shit on this PPV to just waste time to stretch it out even longer than it would've been had they not done that.

Ok, CM Punk and RVD going at it, and the fans love it.

He was pissed at RVD for giving him the gash in the back and knew that Heyman could get him the revenge he wanted. Also, has he changed his gear in the last 4 years? It's been purple forever. Is the first main event spot for Holly? (not counting rumbles)? Took him 12 years, Punk took 3 months. Wasn't he already a heel and with Heyman when that happened though? Why join RVD for a while then turn on him again? It isn't like the big surprise of him turning on RVD mattered, or was evena surprise.
