    Borat

I'm not getting your point. It isn't because of the film, or even the station, that she hit hard times. It's because she was careless on the job. Just like the other people, she wont have a case either. The station let her go because she put the business at risk. Then again, maybe they didn't fire her for that. It says that she spiraled into depression, and before she could recover, she was released from her contract early. Perhaps she could shake it as just being a joke, like most everyone else who have encountered Borat or any of those other characters, and she herself let that affect her performance on the job. As stated before, she would have known not to do it in the first place if she just used her head and did a quick search on Borat, not to mention that she could have actually read all of the paper work that she, just like everyone else involved, was given.

I just noticed TSM has changed, odd. I don't know if she deserved to be fired, but she needed to be punished. Not because of Borat, but because of the fact that she was so careless in checking up on a guest.

Here is Borat with Martha Stewart on Leno: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apaOdjbdDE8 This was my favorite Borat appearance on a show like this, and not just the above bit, I'm talking about the entire thing. It just about became the Borat show since he was all over it. I'm shocked he didn't get in the way of Damien Rice also. Try to track down the entire episode, it's great.

  12. Nope, I've never heard of that site until you just posted it.
  13. Some stuff is cheaper on Family Video and Buy when you use the deals on those sites, so don't forget to still look around to get the best deal.
  14. Well, if you ask me that makes up for his lost last week. Wow.
  15. That was a pretty hot tag match.
  16. I also thought that he died years ago, but I think I was thinking of Lloyd Bridges instead for some reason. Either way, the news is sad but you can't really feel too bad about it since he lived a long, successful, interesting life.
  17. I can't decide which is worst. The fact that the cartoon exists and will be a weekly deal, or the fact that someone, somewhere, decided to go through with it in the first place.
  18. Well, I went to see this earlier, and I must say that I was very pleased. It is a well made film from top to bottom and is more than worthy of all of the praise critics are giving it so far. All of the performances are fantastic, including Will Ferrell. It's not the best dramatic work we'll see from him, but it's a great start. Yes, I know he's done a couple of dramatic roles in the past, but this is really the first main one that most people will see. I'd compare this point in his career to Jim Carrey's performance in The Truman Show. Emma Thompson was gold in the film, one of my favorite performances of the year period. Dustin Hoffman was, well, he was Dustin Hoffman on one of his good days, if you know what I mean. Maggie Gyllenhaal was cuter than ever, just adorable. I didn't even mind Queen Latifah, she did her role and it was solid as well. Tony Hale (Buster from AD) doesn't do too much, but it was cool seeing him in the flick also, even if I kept thinking of him as Buster. Marc Forster's direction was great, with some great shots and effects throughout the movie, and of course we have Zach Helm who, in my opinion, has lived up to the hype. His movie on screen felt like a Charlie Kaufman film that went through a few more re-writes to ground it a bit more than usual. Yes, the premise in this movie is out there, but they still made it seem more "real" than most Kaufman flicks. That's not really good or bad either way, it's just what it is, and it works. I can't wait to see more of his work, I'll be looking forward to much more from Helm. Anyway, do not expect a "Will Ferrell" movie, because you wont get it here. You'll get a few laughs scattered throughout the film, but that is not what the point of this movie is. It's a well told story, with plenty of dramatic elements that really pull you in as the viewer, just as the script does to the reader.

  21. I think we'll see Bobby Lashley win the ECW title at this PPV, so meh. Forget the main event, I'd like to know what in the world they're going to do for the undercard.

  23. Tony Hawk Project 8 - 7.3 out of 10.0 Pros: Redesigned career mode gives you multiple levels of challenge; nail the trick mode is a cool-looking addition that has a positive impact on the gameplay. Cons: Frame rate is frequently unstable; no online support; skater creation options aren't as in-depth as they have been in previous installments.
