1. ...was that STEPHEN JACKSON I just saw hit the game winner??? Holy shit!
2. If the Pacers weren't missing layups every other play, this would be a blowout right now. The backboard is there for a reason, guys, use it.
3. Something I've just recently noticed...is Tom Tolbert still with ESPN? I don't believe I've heard him do a game this year. I'd be disappointed if he was gone. Jon Barry tries, but it's not quite the same as Walton and Tolbert. Though I did laugh at his "Yeah, well, I got traded for Alaa Abdelnaby!" line.
4. Pacers get the win in Portland in a very tense game, the Blazers fought all the way to the bitter end. Randolph was amazing, Foster was on him like glue all night, but he kept putting in tough shot after tough shot. The percentage wasn't as good as it seemed watching the game, but yet another 25-10 outing (30 & 11 to be exact. Guy's really an All-Star level talent, too bad he's overlooked due to the offcourt stuff. Jarrett Jack was most impressive, as well. Jermaine puts up 20/8/6/5 blocks, and Jasikevicius and Granger combine for 38 off the bench. Golden State tommorrow, I'm interested to see if this team is for real. Right now, they're the same as the Hawks, I'll believe them in the playoffs when I see it. Hopefully Jermaine's able to go, he sprained his ankle in the third quarter and was very slow getting up, but came back to finish the game.
5. Tuesday's poll on ESPN.com: Should the Bulls allow Ben Wallace to wear a headband? - Yes - No
6. Potential AFC championship preview? Hmmm... KC - 28 Baltimore at Cincinnati (3.5) Arizona at St. Louis (6.5) Atlanta at Washington (1.5) (4.5) Dallas at N.Y. Giants Detroit at New England (13.5) (7.5) Indianapolis at Tennessee Jacksonville at Miami (2.5) (5.5) Kansas City at Cleveland Minnesota at Chicago (9.5) (1.5) N.Y. Jets at Green Bay (5.5) San Diego at Buffalo San Francisco at New Orleans (7.5) Tampa Bay at Pittsburgh (7.5) Houston at Oakland (3.5) Seattle at Denver (3.5) (3.5) Carolina at Philadelphia
7. You forgot to log into your "Birds in the Hotel" account
8. Results are in.
9. OK, I misread above. I meant he allows them to view the board for the stats. The PM's I'm sure have nothing to do with that, so you can just block those as mentioned earlier.
10. No idea. I have mine set on 100 now. I'd imagine it was some kind of upgrade to the board.
11. I acutally brought this up with Mike when the banning originally took place, and he said he allows it because it's good for page views and board stats. They still can't post on the board, and you can block them from PM'ing you if they're doing so.
12. I was actually just about to do that. Well done.
13. Jeez, as if her face wasn't busted enough already.
14. Feedback~ The Heavenly Rockers are out to not just win the titles, but to MAIM~! But the Sooners survive, pulling out all the stops, and retaining. Good stuff. The highlight of GPX-Bruce/Landon had to be Bruce's antics before and during the match. Another really hot match with a lot of teased finishes, which is always fun. Guess the Gimmick Elimination Chamber isn't happening, either. Really liked the Enterprise/Rescue 911 match. The Diablos were entertaining, and the commentary in particular took me right back to old school Survivor Series. Well done. Fun little X-survivor match. "It" seems like an interesting character. Venom gutted it out, but the injuries were just too much. I thought that Kawada would wind up either overcoming the deficit and winning or coming close in the end, so the ending was a bit surprising, as well. Funny thing, as I was reading the post match, when Coach brought up slipping on a banana peel, my initial thought was that a banana was a handle for Ramone, ala Carlito and his apple, and that Venom actually did slip on a banana peel. Which would have been the greatest stretcher job in history. Overall, good stuff. And a great, heated match as expected from Zack and Cortez. Both men pulling out all the stops in their hatred for one another, ending with a golden oldie from Zack. MOTN: Zack Malibu vs Todd Cortez LOTN:
15. I was thinking maybe we could do an angle where all the would-be qualifiers were granted a shot at the title at whatever point of their choice down the road? Or would that be overkill?

18. NYU did mention above that he'd have an explanation for the show. I sent him another PM about it.
19. Hey. Just spoke with NYU, and we've decided that the ME, unfortunately, isn't going to happen after all. I would suggest US/Canada, for the feel-good ending thing, but quality-wise, I wouldn't say that it's really PPV ME-quality. Maybe stick Cortez/Malibu in that spot instead?
20. Pacers get a big win Friday night against Cleveland, then turn around and get blown out by the Raptors this afternoon. It won't get any easier, our next home game is December 8.
21. Stars and Stripes Forever plays, and Brock Ausstin leads his team out, to big-time boos. Charlie Moss and Quentin Benjamin follow, carrying American flags, and Thunderkid enters last. And what would happen should HE advance to the Triple Cage match? COACH ...I shudder to think, Cole! As the music dies down, the crowd continues its standing O. Felix Strutter grabs the mike from Buffer (LOL!) and starts to speak, but the ovation is too loud, so he simply takes a walk around the ring, then pounds one hand on his chest and raises it in the air to the crowd. STRUTTER That's right, y'all know what time it is! Everyone assumes their positions in mid-ring, as O Canada plays. After the anthem finishes, belts and accessories are handed to the official, and the bell rings. *DING DING DING* Everyone steps out of the ring...leaving captains! COACH We're gonna get it right off the bat, Cole! Alf vs Brock! Brock and Alf circle the ring, then go in and start to trade fists! Brock gets the better of the exchange, then whips Alf into the ropes and catches him with a big clothesline! Brock yells out to the crowd, drawing boos. Brock then picks Alf up, and lifts him in a PRESS SLAM~!, tossing him down to the mat. COLE And Alf not faring well early against the power of Brock Ausstin! Alf holds his back, then quickly scoots over and tags in Pantera. COACH And now we got power vs power in there! Pantera measures Brock up, then immediately the two start trading forearms! COLE And some real stiff shots being exchanged in there! Pantera delivers a knee to the midsection, then goes for an Irish whip, but Brock reverses. Pantera ducks a clothesline, then stops, and goes for a big right, but Brock ducks, and executes an atomic drop! Brock then wrings the arm of Pantera, and makes a tag to Quentin Benjamin. COLE And Quentin Benjamin gets the tag! COACH Well, his Ducks suffered a heartbreaking loss last night in college football, let's see if he can get redemption and advance to the Triple Cage! Brock hammers away on Strutter with right hands, then whips him hard into the corner, and catches him coming out with a BELLY-TO-BELLY~! COLE Big-time suplex by Brock Ausstin! Brock drills Strutter with a clothesline! And another! Brock then whips Strutter across once again...and this time, scoops up Strutter on his shoulders! COLE Could be an early exit for Strutter here! However, they spin around with the momentum, and Strutter, while still on the shoulders of Brock, manages to make a tag to Black! The crowd goes NUTS~! COACH But Felix made a tag, and look who's in now! Brock, unbeknownst to the tag being made, delivers the F-STUNNER-5~!!!!!11111 He goes for the cover, but the referee informs him that a tag was made! COLE Look at the SIZE of the Manitoba Mammoth! Brock gets to his feet and argues with the referee, then Black spins him around and delivers a BIG right hand, sending Brock staggering into a corner! Black follows him into the corner, and starts delivering blows to the head and midsection! COACH And look at him dominate Brock Ausstin! Black whips Brock across the ring, then charges for an AVALANCHE~! However, Brock ducks out of the way! Brock delivers right hands to Black, then backs into the ropes and delivers a clothesline! COLE And that plan has succeeded, but Alf still has to go through three more guys to get to the Triple cage match! Pantera steps into the ring, as does Charlie Moss on the other side. COLE And it's now a 3-on-3 match, we've got Alf along with Team Canada, the six-man tag champs, taking on Charlie Moss, Quentin Benjamin, and Thunderkid! And later tonight, he'll try to become the first THREE-TIME OAOAST World champion!
22. If that happens, it'll be Shawn so Hunter can be left with Edge and Orton alone at the end and he can make the superman comeback and beat them both. Of course, Edge and Orton will beat on Hunter afterwards for about ten seconds to get a small candle's worth of heat back until Shawn returns to make the 'save'. Don't forget Shawn getting the return job on RAW tommorrow!

NFL Week 12

Looks like I'll be boycotting ESPN for the next few days.
24. And fuck the Vikings even harder. Now I have to count on the Packers to get me one diff. game.
25. Fuck the Falcons. They always do the opposite of what I predict.
