Pacers win by 10 against Boston, Tinsley with 29 and James Jones with a career-high 22 to go with 10 rebounds. Fred Jones had a 20-10 game as well, I believe.
Well, it wasn't like he leaped out of the way or anything, I should have clarified that. You can see him move just enough to ensure that he's out of the way, though.
Something I thought was funny was they showed one guy pour something from over the entryway, then his wife/girlfriend shoved him and started yelling at him.
Tried to stop him, my ass. Unless you live under a rock, you've seen the clip, and you can see him *sidestep* Artest and allow him to go by.
And I really am trying as hard as I can to be unbiased as it relates to this, but it's clear as day if you watch the clip.
I had 148 points yesterday. Of course, to counter that, I didn't have time to set a roster for today, but I still have Nash, Marion and Stoudemire against the Bulls, so I could still get close to 100 if I'm lucky.
I don't think it works like injuries. Even when Alonzo Mourning went down last season, he got the "NA" by his name, even though he was technically still on the Nets' roster. Same with Karl Malone this season.
Well, it's not as if someone's going to trade me someone of equal value for him. Even if I do drop him, the guy I pick up would probably almost never be put in my lineup, anyway, unless there's only one or two guys playing. Besides, there's still the (slim) chance of the suspension being reduced on an appeal.
ESPN/TNT games include
Wednesday, ESPN: Detroit @ Cleveland, 7 PM ET
Thursday, TNT: Minnesota @ Indiana, 8 PM ET - New Jersey @ LA Clippers, 10:30 PM ET
Friday, ESPN: Miami @ Detroit, 8 PM ET - Sacramento @ LA Lakers, 10:30 PM ET
I'm not going to comment or focus on the suspensions. This is the Eastern Conference. With repeat performances like the ones from the Joneses and David Harrison, and more consistent play from Croshere, we'll still be in the playoff mix, even if not in the top two anymore. We'll still have the whole gang back, sans Artest, for the All-Star break.
We will still make the playoffs, and you can all quote me on that.
