Alaska has the 'no-booze except in liquor stores' rule, but no one really minds because their are liquor stores everywhere, and every Carrs (Safeway, which is the bulk of the grocery stores up here) has an Oaken Keg liquor store attached to it. And the other reason no one minds is because the liquor stores up here have good hours. The one right by my apartment is open until 1am most days, and 2am on weekends.

I own all his albums (besides the greatest hits album since it'd be pointless) since I love to torture myself but I haven't listened to much besides Diesel and Respect. It's one thing if it takes a few minutes to get the kid seated, but if its at the point where they have to hold the plane up then tough shit. Everytime we fly and there's a bunch of crying babies sitting near us I remind my fiance that whenever we have kids they aren't flying for many years. If our parents want to see their grandkids they can come up for a visit, I'm not taking babies on a plane. And as I type that I check my e-mail to see that she's responded to me sending her that article earlier. Response? "No JOKE. I'd have knocked the child out"

Amen that you aren't supposed to live on minimum wage. Here in Washington State we have some stupid law that makes minimum wage get adjusted upwards everyyear for inflation or something like that. We have like the highest minimum wage in the nation, it's resulted in less jobs being available, and people still bitch that it's not high enough.
