  1. Mean Gene being Mean Gene for the good folks at THQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mWa2wIOrbM...ted&search=
  2. He was one of the few guys from that era who turned face yet remained the same character. He was just an asshole to the heels. Too bad they didn't think to give Doink a similiar face turn at about the same time Ramon got his.
  3. Obviously, Maria would have to be the Princess, too bad Khali is off Raw, he'd have made a badass Bowser.
  4. Even I'm surprised at the pops his tune gets as soon as it hits. And I must say, I am fuckin stoked to see a Sandman/Jim Duggan tag team. You can damn sure bet I'll be checkin Heat every Friday on wwe.com to get my fix of those two.
  5. They did those themselves. I tried to seperate them by worth as best I could. I put the common WWF/E 1 hour specials in one bin, the clamshells in another, and so on. They started putting a bunch on Buy it Now w/ little to no luck, so since then they put them in auctions which have fared better. I think they're waiting for the Buy it Nows to expire before relisting and listing the other videos. I'll feel like Seinfeld in the episode where he got hundreds of royalty checks for .12 each as these tapes continue to sell
  6. Maybe JR can do a Skittles plug in the next Raw/SD game.
  7. Put me down for Umaga pinning HHH last summer.
  8. Disco Fever Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah!!!!
  9. And here I thought it was a way to lure The Sandman into WCW.
  10. And I just lost my love for Victoria with that bit right there. Think of all the delicious pizza at Fat Tony's. That'll bring the love back.
  11. Taker pinned Hart at MSG which was televised on the MSG netword in early 1992 between Hart's IC Title reigns.
  12. Apologies for the bump, but does anyone know where to find eps online? I've tried Sledgehammer, EWT, INDYstructable, Wrestlement, & Wrestling Discussions w/ no luck. They used to be on TWE, but the site is gone now and I'd be surprised if it comes back.
  13. They snatch up quite a bit (about 40%) but I really didn't want to go through the hassle of doing it myself plus if something doesn't sell, they'll relist it. Sorry I didn't hit ya up 1st. It's a tough thing to ask of someone. I honestly didn't know what I Sold It were thinking putting Hulkamania 2 at $99.99 but if someone snags it, more power to him and me. For reference Bruiser, More Unusual Matches and Grudge Matches went for $30, The IC Title sold for $20, and Macho Man and Elizabeth brought in $45. Everything else so far either sold for $10-15 or didn't at all.
  14. WWE 24/7 Online dished out the 2nd update of July. Everything Venkman noted is on it. The History of the Intercontinental Title looks to be a multi-part feature as the 1st ep goes at about 45min and has the following in full: - Patterson vs Denucci - 12/17/1979 - Patterson vs Patera - 4/21/1980 - Morales vs Slaughter - 6/8/1981 The Muraco/Santana IC Title era will be featured in Part II. I mean Jack Korpela (Heat fill in guy) wouldn't steer me wrong, would he?
  15. PWI Sounds perfect for WWE.
  16. In Cleveland, we just have Mike & Mike along w/ the overnight/weekend programming. Other than Rome from Noon-3, it's local programming the rest of the way.
  17. Here's a clip of Heenan's exit from the WWF: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3gHg1dneBA GET OUT AND STAY OUT!!!
  18. USA must be headed by Rachel Phelps, the Cleveland Indians' owner in Major League.
  19. And here I thought you were gonna recommend Hulkamania Forever to have everyone see The Genius get the duke over The Immortal One.
  20. I believe Chioda has been affiliated w/ the WWF as a ring boy since 1984 w/ Tony Chimel (who I have seen on camera at ringside during shows at the Capital Center at this time). I believe Doane started as a ring attendant since around 1988. I'm sure someone can correct me if I have that wrong.
  21. I just assume that Benoit was just getting himself even more drugs under his wife's name.
  22. I've always been a Nick Patrick mark whether he was being by the book or the shady nWo ref. Sure, I'd get pissed watching my TV Title Worldwide main event get marred by another over the top rope DQ but Patrick reluctantly yelling out RING THAT BELL made it almost worth it. Plus, the verbage he uses to get wrestlers to break or back in the ring was/is always pretty good. And, like Mark Curtis, sells a big move almost as much as the guy taking it. Last but not least, his bumps where he flails both arms in the air before crumbling to the mat brings a stupid grin to my face.
  23. Damn, that was a nice shooting star press sell by Nitro.
  24. I must say Dreamer's Man in the Box ripoff theme is pretty damn catchy. I remember when SD/ECW was in Cleveland, he came out for his match, then ECW went to a break as Dreamer's music cut off a few seconds later to play one of those WWE goodwill videos, then Dreamer's music cranked back up for about 10 seconds before it cut off again to show a HHH video, then Dreamer's music kicked in again just in time for ECW to go back on the air. Yeah, I know worthless story but I was pissed I couldn't bob my head to the tune for 3+ minutes.
  25. It's been a while . . . a LONG while since a crowd has been so amped for a Stevie Richards match.
