Nope. Bret said himself that he'd have a hard time doing a farewell speech in the ring let alone wrestle a ***** match against Angle. It's too dangerous, and wishful thinking. The best we can hope for is the farewell speech/some sort of outside the ring role.

If your going to pay homage to X though, the match should exceed or at least rival its predecessor. Edge/Christain has been done before and wouldn't rival Bret/Owen. I do however like the prospect of the WGTT/London/Spanky however.

I guess that means no Heat. If Hogan's game, then they should hype a Hogan/Austin matchup ASAP. The entrances and stare down would be off the chart. But as a twist, this should be the curtain jerker match going no more than 15 minutes. With 5 hours the show can be a sort of transitional old guard to new blood theme, with either Cena, Benoit, RVD, Angle or Brock/Goldberg as the actual main event. Throw in a decent crusier match, a tag title match with some heat behind it and a ladder match paying homage to WMX, and there's the makings for a stellar card. In theory...

Yup, smart idea to base your opinion on a few images, and it's OMG BIG LOGO~! Such insightful analysis. Personally, i'm looking forward to this as it's the first true FF game in a few years. The backgrounds look fantastic and im glad to see their focusing on a futuristic setting. Sure , the characters have a striking resemblance to Tidus and Yuna, but preliminary images always change , i'm sure they will be tweaked. The main reason I bought a PS2 was to play the FF series (save for XI), and there's no doubt i'll be picking this up on launch day

Futurama should have taken over the Simpsons timeslot years ago. Well, actually Family Guy should have, but you know. And they should age the characters. There's only so much they can do with Bart and Lisa being in their respective grades. Put them in a new class, with new situations and you have more storyline ideas to work with. And Maggie can be the mischevous talking toddler. That, and get Conan O'Brian to write for them again. Only then can this abomination of a show be saved.
