Russ Haas DID get a mention on the RAW right after his death. Sometime during the show, they went to J.R. and Lawler at ringside who quickly mentioned "developmental wrestler" Russ' passing and offered their condolences to the family.

They seemed to be running short around the middle of the PPV. The pace quickened with shorter matches and virtually no aftermath after the matches.

It already happened in WCW, didn't it? They were in the same stable during WCW's last few months (tangent: WCW was great the last three months it was in existance -- shame it had already dug its own grave by then). But after Scotty joined the NWO they never tagged together again. The Steiners reunited just over ONE year after Scott went nWo. It took place at Slamboree 1999. Scott's back injury prevented them from doing any matches together. However, they DID tag up a couple of times when they reunited again during the last months of WCW. I remember them losing a tag match to DDP & someone else (I'm thinking The Cat or Dustin Rhodes) on Nitro.

Jesus Bob... And I don't think that the digital short was a direct rip on the OC specifically. It seemed to me to invoke the tone of a million shitty prime time teen soaps. Nope, it was an EXACT spoof of the O.C.'s season 2 finale...person shot, slow mo, same song. Plus, the Lonely Island guys who do the shorts were huge O.C. fans.

All I know is I was really into TNA up until last year's Bound For Glory. After that, it went downhill quickly. What was the main change? Russo joining the booking team. So it's either Russo's fault or the Jarrett/Mantel team suddenly became retards.
