Is anyone watching Vanished, after Prison Break? I missed the first episode, but caught the second one. I just can't take the main actor <i>that</i> seriously. Especially considering his previous gig (Queer as Folk - my hatred for which has nothing to do with it's gayness.. but more with the fact that it seems to have been written by 12 year-olds and for the other fact that my ex was ridiculously obsessed with this show when we were together).

I didn't see the show so I don't know how overweight he is now. That said, the guy he took his namesake from (aka Double A) was never anything pretty to look at (husky, balding, plain tights) but was a wrestling machine and he got over just fine. I believe he was a founding member of something we like to call the motherfucking Four Horsemen. Dismissing CDub if he was a bad wrestler (which he isn't) would be fine. But dismissing him because he's made into a jobber on WWE tv or because of his hairline is just fucking ridiculous.

Okay here's my issue. I've owned a VHS copy of Akira for well over 10 years. This has the original English dub on it (with Cam Clarke, aka Leonardo from Ninja Turtles, as Kaneda) but I cannot seem to figure out which DVD release has this dub on it. The only ones I can find say "new English dub" - which I've checked out and am not fond of. I want my original nostaligic voice-acting, dammit! Any help?

The history between Foley and McMahon is well established and it's not the first time McMahon hung "You're Fired" over his head. McMahon doesn't fire DX because he wants to do the damage himself. It's not a fake. That Hogan/Michaels SummerSlam 2005 banner has been on the wall of the OVW Arena the past year. Just shows you how rarely they change that stuff. i see im still skeptical that anyone can lose that much muscle mass in that short of a time. He's been gone since mid-May, I think.
