Twins are really making a case for the worst team in baseball. It's May 1st, and it looks like they've given up.

Could you do the 1989 AL MVP. I don't think Robin Yount deserved it, could be wrong though.

Torii Hunter and Brad Radke.

4/30: Joy With Seasons In The Sun (Or Not)
Vern Gagne commented on kkktookmybabyaway's blog entry in KK's Korner
I totally agree about summer losing it's luster as you get older. I would still rank it my favorite season. I like the hot weather, not enough to move to Arizona or some warm climate state. Winter's by far the worst. The saving grace is Christmas and that's like the fith day of Winter. -
18-1. Twins suck. Start the fire sale. Every free agent and overpaid loser must go.

Schmidt kind of looks like a young Chuck Norris. It's always confused me why Morgan hates "moneyball" so much. Besides the stolen bases, Morgan's really a "moneyball" player.

Which skipper gets the boot first? '06 Edition
Vern Gagne replied to The Czech Republic's topic in Sports
They underachieved last year. Also after so long, a change is often needed. Reguardless of how good a manager is. -
Guess Slayer isn't a owner of a lonely heart.

Berman would never question anything a team does. He'll try and explain that Williams was higher on the Texans board than Bush. Than he'll kiss Charlie Casserly's ass.

I was saying the same thing to my brother about last weekends "Draft" marathon. Also of note this was the last draft for the original Cleveland Browns. First year in Baltimore they drafted Jonathan Ogden, and Ray Lewis in the first round.

Ah fuck it. I'm done with this little contest.

How does Favre returning prevent them from drafting A.J. Hawk?

Looking really good for Chris. I'm curious should we combine the money made between the two choices, or have seperate categories?

My thought on the NFL Draft: Bears
Vern Gagne commented on USC Wuz Robbed!'s blog entry in The imPorter
I heard that Lance Briggs might not re-sign after this year. Could the Bears look at OLB with the first round pick? -
I'm not a Mike and Mike fan, but the add with Greenberg wearing is hs.. tennis uniform is pretty funny.
-
Nice draft for the Bears. All five guys helped the team win the Super Bowl. Other league equvilents. Gotta be 1984 NBA draft.2003 with LeBron and Co could make a strong case ten years from know. The 1985 baseball draft had the likes of Bonds, Johnson, Grace, Palmeiro, Surhoff. The 2001 draft as potential. Too early to call it one of the best of all-time.
-
Change of plan. Just make you're pics via pm or message. Make sure to make them in order. It's Houston this week.
