Going away from the title talk. I'd love to see Boise St. play Miami (OH). IMO...Those are clearly the 2 best mid-major teams in the country. Two great offenses. That would be won heck of a game.

For the hell off it. Who do you think are some of the funniest entertainers of all time? The Marx Brothers. I'll save indiviual praise for later. The chemistry was great, and each brother had a strength. Nearly 75 years since their film, and their still has funny as ever. Buster Keaton. What I love about Keaton is he plays every scene the same reguardless. Whether it be riding the front of a train, or just in a car. The character is never attempting to be funny. We just know it's funny, and so did Keaton.

Michigan can make a claim, but has long as OU or LSU finishes with 1 loss it will tough to for Michigan to have a legitmate beef.
-
Exactly. They all lost 1 game. They're all on even footing here. OU lost 1 game. Yes but they also dominated the season like nobody else in history except for 95 Nebraska. That right there should shoot them up as deserving of the National Title game. First law of poll dynamics and public perception- A late loss is MUCH more harmful than an early loss. Result- OU losing the last game of the regular season is MUCH worse than USC or LSU losing midway through the season. OU's domination throughout the year was impressive, but LSU's put up numbers just as good on both sides of the ball while USC's offense can match OU's offense. Very true. When you lose is crucial. Especially in the polls. What about this idea. Get rid of the 2 polls. An argument could be made that the computers are more likely to take the entire year into account, more so than the polls would be. Adjustments would have to be made, but whose to say computers wouldn't be more accurate than sports writers, and coaches.
-
But Oregon's didn't get blown out in their final game of season like Nebraska did and Oregon went on and blew out the team that blew out Nebraska in Colorado. Its Oregon's fault they were #2 in both human polls but because computer say there weren't? Don't ge me wrong, Bored. Oregon was more deserving than Nebraska. I just don't cry foul when a 1 loss team makes it over another one.
-
Oregon should of taken care of their own business. Same with these 3 teams, and whoever else feels they've been snubbed.
-
In that case shouldn't only conference champions be allowed into the Final Four?
-
You can make a case for LSU has #1 over USC. They dominated a Top 5 team, and although USC won 52-28, OSU did gain 528 yards. I'd have USC #1, but it shouldn't cause mass outrage if it was LSU.
-
It's not money. They'd make a fucking boatload with a playoff. It's the schools Presidents, and even AD's, and coaches to a less extent that don't want a true playoff to happen.
-
OU has no right? Do LSU, or USC have any right to go there?
-
So the writers are petty and jealous? Why does one year kill the BCS? An unanimous National Champion has been crowned the previous years. It's not the spawn of Satan like some people act. It may be a computer formula, but it factors in what you've done on the field. Who you've beaten, what kind of records your opponents have. So Hawaii's game against Boise St. should matter.
-
Something will happen so 1-2 in the polls play in the Sugar Bowl. Whether it be, the coaches voting LSU ahead of USC, or Oklahoma only going down 1 spot.
-
Alabama and Colorado both had losing records. The others are conference games, so that doesn't seem has impressive has having Michigan, Florida St, and Maryland on your non- conference schedule.
-
Honestly. I don't care who ends up in the Sugar Bowl.
-
Humor attempted.
-
This doesn't change my opinion that there shouldn't be a playoff. Which ever team doesn't end up in the Sugar Bowl, has only themselves to blame for losing a game in the first place. All 3 of the teams lost games they should of won. Take care of your own business, and people won't have to wonder if you belong in the championship game or not.

Alright who kidnapped the real Anglesault? I'm looking at Cartman, or another Red Sox fan.
