Sideways was better. But I still loved Million Dollar Baby, and I'm glad that it won.

Sideways swept the Independent Spirit awards, so I guess that (in addition to Best Adapted Screenplay tonight) is going to be its consolation prize. Too bad, since it's the best movie of the bunch.

I predict big things for Be Cool. (by "big" I mean around $30mil or so)

Ed Wood - 8.5/10 Depp was great, but Marin Landau's Bela Lugosi stole the movie. This was an excellent film.

Bruce Willis - Die Hard Samuel L. Jackson - Pulp Fiction

If I were voting in the Oscars I'd definitely pick Sideways, though I also loved Million Dollar Baby. I liked The Aviator but it's not even close to those two, in my opinion. (I'm seeing Ray tonight, and didn't get a chance to see Finding Neverland).
