Shit, here's a better question for you, Frigid. Why isn't Japan viewed as evil, either? They were a huge threat to us, and as far as I remember, they attacked us once and attempted to attack us a second time (via bombs in weather balloons or some crazy shit like that). Hitler never attacked the US (other than sinking some passenger vessels, basically starting the U-Boat warfare). Stalin never attacked us on our soil...Japan was the only country with the balls to attack us at home. Why aren't they the huge enemy?

'Tis a shame. The Hardcore Discussion folder seemed to be on a bit of an upswing, thanks in large part to Hoff and his drunken Paint Shop drawings, Banky and his musings on fashion, and various other threads that were making Hardcore Discussion fun again. Then Mole comes along and shits all over everything. That's life, I suppose.

Alright, THAT was a good one. No one died when I went to see it...the three girls behind me cried throughout the entire movie, though, which sorta pissed me off.

This actually makes perfect sense, if you think about it. The reason that your stomach hurts when you get kicked in the junk is that there's millions of nerves connected to your stomach from your testicles. When you say "gassy", do you mean like a pressure feeling, or you're actually ripping ass?

Personally, I find the Swastika to be more powerful-looking. I think it has something to do with the color scheme of the red banner, white circle, black swastika combo, it just demands your attention. I'm going to run with this answer: Stalin's Communist beliefs gave people purpose. The sickle and hammer were representative of the Russian's purpose, to better Russia. The Swastika is pretty much directly linked to the Holocaust...while the Sickle and Hammer's purpose was the betterment of Russia, the Swastika's purpose was to further Hitler's agenda.

After the scourging at the pillar scene, the Muta scale is moot. I really enjoyed this movie, and I'm not religious in the least bit. After going to Catholic School from Kindergarten through Eighth Grade, I had my fill of religion. I went to see this movie yesterday with two Mormons, and I actually teared up during a couple of the scenes. The movie was absolutely brutal, and I was actually speechless for a couple minutes afterwards. The Muta Scale is gone and dead. EDIT: I'm going to hell, too...during the Crucifixion scene, I was looking at Mary Magdalene (Belucci) and I was like, "Damn...Mary Magdalene has some DSLs".

I think it has more to do with that the swastika has come to be a symbol of pure and utter hatred, whereas the sickle and hammer just symbolizes a form of government. The swastika is apparently the equivalent of wearing a shirt that says, "Nigger" on it...people get offended rather easily, conjuring up all of these images of unbridled evil.
