I don't think Scott Steiner can work the full on tag match with Team 3D at this point. This is placeholder filler until that happens (probably at BFG). Angle wins. Angle HAS TO WIN. It fits his character so much to win this match on the non big ppv... Hold every TNA title and take that character to the next level of absurd heel greatness. I don't know what they come up with for Joe's title match down the road. But in order for Joe's final victory (again...at BFG) to be meaningful... ANGLE HAS TO WIN AT HARD JUSTICE.

They must. They were in talks with Briere and Drury and that was some big money. I'd LOVE to see him move out west.

You send the message to the Rangers by signing their goalie right now to the same offer sheet and then laughing since they CAN'T match it. The Sabres could...and knew that they were going to have to at some point. I'm happy that it happened. It forced Buffalo to actually commit to someone longer than 3 years.

He stuck it to the Oilers and every other small market team just as badly. He just drove the market up even higher. At the rate these deals are getting...we're heading for another lockout down the road. ... So yeah...cheers to that Lowe!

Yeah I don't think they'll be exchanging Christmas cards anytime soon. As for the matching...they had no choice. You can't lose Drury, Briere and Vanek all in one swoop. Crazy to add up the three contracts.

Sabres matched

I knew that they had a good match that got them their jobs... But I am totally digging the fact that these two guys who were crutches of TNAs early days (my friend and I used to joke that on the Wednesday shows there were only 2 matches worth watching...whoever AJ faced and whoever AMW faced) are now upstaging much "Bigger" talent in the company. Chris Harris is getting the bigger push...but they've both been more interesting than Angle or Sting or even Joe for the last 2 months. Good for them.

Its a completely selfish post here...but I don't actually know what I'm going to feel the next time I watch a Benoit match. It's not an important comment by any means...but I get the feeling I'm not the only one who's thought on those terms. I'm not ready now. That much I know. I just wonder if I'll ever be able to appreciate how good he was at the thing that I love to watch the most without being disgusted. I'd like to think that I will... ... And part of me likes to think that I won't

Yeah, but I was talking more down the line when TNA has pushed them as far as their willing to. Neiither guy is going to be World Champion (unless Harris really takes off which I don't see). Their legacy inside the company as AMW is too big to not go back to at some point in time.

The Angle stuff has always fascinated me. There's no denying that he was really messed up for a time there...but since he's left the WWE scheduling (and maybe thats the whole thing. The first thing he said after leaving was that Vince wouldn't give him time off to heal) he's had no further issues that have come to light. There can really be no denying at this point that getting out of WWE was the best thing for Angle. Much less pressure, much less demand, and he can make his own schedule.

I love the fact that Harris (and to a lesser extent Storm) are getting these pushes. They've had 2 really good matches with each other and Harris was the standout in KOTM with guys who are much bigger stars then him. My hope is that they don't just abandon it after a months time. They've both stepped up their game and although Harris is way vanilla in character...an eventual AMW reunion would be really really fun.

I want to make very clear that I don't want to think this is possibly true. But my benefit of the doubt (as is all of ours) is based on his in ring work and what people have said about him in tributes and DVDs I don't want to believe that a man that has entertained me for so many years (and so much better than almost anyone else in the business) is this man that I read about today. I just want to say that a man is not judged by his work...but by how he lives his life. I think the last thing we have to worry about is how this "tarnishes his legacy". If this is true... It's really the equivalent of being the best door to door vacuum salesman who goes home and kills his family... Wrestling (and anything else for that matter) isn't real life. This might just be absolutely disgusting. (OFF topic, whats up LJ...haven't talked to you since just after the WDI days)

If it does turn out that he murdered his wife (no matter the reason) and SEVEN YEAR OLD child... This is not a man to be respected, revered or appreciated... no matter how many great matches he's put on. The lesson here is that we all have our favorites...but we don't actually know these people. If this is true, and it isn't looking good, this is a level of sickness that is reserved for the worst of our humankind. I go to sleep now praying this isn't true, believing that it is... And if it is... to answer a previous question... Benoit's legacy isn't countless great matches...it isn't Mania 20... Its the fucked up motherfucker who MURDERED his loved ones. ... And that's it.

Except for the scene where Lindsay plays Dance Dance Revolution, it's not a good movie. But it's a really weird movie. I was just busting balls for no reason. I like her movies more than I care to admit.

The fact that it is a documentary has driven me nuts for a while now. Why wouldn't Roy know that Jim kissed Pam on Casino night? HE WAS TOLD NEARLY A FRIGGIN YEAR LATER. How long are they holding these episodes out of TV in their world?

I liked the episode... I thought it was made kinda clear that Tony was going to be arrested at the end. 1. They make it clear that NY isn't against him anymore (even before Phil is killed). They move back into their house for chrissake. 2. The fed who had been after him, the one he foolishly calls in order to find Phil...even if he isn't "Working the case anymore" says when Phil dies "We're going to win this one". 3. His lawyer tells him theirs an 85 to 90% chance he's about to be indicted. 4. He spends the entire episode preparing and trying to make peace with people (Junior, Janice (both of which he realizes are fucking worthless assholes) Sil, even Paulie...forcing him to take the job he always wanted) 5. Christopher WAS a fucking rat. The hat theory holds true. Maybe it was meant to be nothing...but the entire point of the cat who's been cathing rats and staring at Christopher's picture (who's wearing that STUPID hat in it)... They've given every clue towards feds arresting him. Even Meadow says in the episode that she's turned to law because of how many times she's seen her father taken out in handcuffs. The last scene was fucking intense. Edge of your seat, frog in the throat. Everyone he looked at in that restaurant was a fed preparing to make their move. IMO anyway. And Meadow gets to watch him take off one more time.

5. Kurt Angle 4. AJ Styles 3. Edge 2. John Cena 1. Samoa Joe I think Joe's the best in the world. I think Cena's the biggest. I think Edge has a whole lot of what the other 2 have...and may be the best all around at this point. Styles is the best flyer. Angle is credability and talent.

vs. Kazarian and vs. Juventud both from the Super X cup I thought his match against Senshi at Bound For Glory was incredible as well

Reaves as Dr. Manhattan? WHAT? I can see Law as Ozymandias.... but REAVES????

Storm vs. Harris finally had the match they should have had a long time ago.
