Nigel is out of tonights main event due to injuries (again) from the match against Aries last night. Aries is taking his place and the winner will get a title shot at the 6th Anniversary Show on 2/23 in NYC.

I liked it, but it's not as great as people say and it doesn't hold up well after multiple viewings. When I saw it opening night, everyone in the theater liked it, but there weren't a lot of laughs. Maybe it was because I was in a bad mood going into it or the fact that I was in Virgina at the time. Someone recently told me that it was the "Ferris Bueller of our generation." I haven't spoken to that person since. I just can't take them seriously.

His entire ROH run has been completely average. From his tag title run with Dan Maff (which was completely forgettable) to his joke team with Jimmy and then the serious push of him and Jimmy, to Lacey's Angels and feuding with Jimmy (which he lost) and then to the CZW feud (which, he was pushed and technically won the feud for ROH by going over Necro at War of the Wire) but really, did it do much for him? Then he is teamed with Albright and Pearce and still can't get over. He's had some good brawls, but he's completely bland. Which is funny because that was his major complaint 5 years ago, as well. At least Roderick Strong can get some sort of reaction from the crowd nowadays.

By the time that happened, it was two or three seasons away from ending, anyway.

Honestly, isn't Boy Meets World the greatest television show of this (or was it last) generation?
