  1. I can only hope they have some cool spot with Henry throwing a ladder while someone is trying to climb it.
  2. Knox should adapt some of Brody's mannerisms.
  3. Maybe, but having Miz/Morrison/Swagger together as a stable of sorts on ECW with all the titles would be all kinds of awesome.
  4. This segment has been flat out awesome.
  5. Yup. Living in NJ, you see indy show posters featuring him.
  6. This is no way to talk to a former ECW champion.
  7. I hope Sim Snuka gets a coconut to the head.
  8. I thought I was the only one confused by that.
  9. I was going to originally have Sapp vs. Trish.
  10. Thank you for the vote of confidence. It's Sapp time alright!
  11. With my next pick, I'm getting a little beastly... Bob Sapp He's ridiculously charismatic, has an impressive look and is legitimately tough. I'd book him as one of my top faces, kind of like Hogan/Warrior/Sting were used. Plus, when needed, he can do comedy and it wouldn't hurt his character. He would be my mainstream crossover character and we would make a killing on merchandising.
  12. Nice pick up with Stratus.
  13. I enjoy Klosterman for the most part, maybe due to a lot of his basketball references.
  14. I still think that TNA should lessen their PPV's to 6-8 for the year, and try to get their lesser events televised on Spike like the old Clashes that would air on TBS. It would be a great way to get exposure for them and build their audience.
  15. That's one of the things I don't like about house shows. It sucks when everyone seems to be half assing it.
  16. That's kind of the same logic that made me pick up Punk.
  17. CM Punk Very briefly, someone who is really versatile as far as style, heel/face dynamic and has a unique look. A solid person to have on my roster.
  18. I had a feeling he was going to be your next pick, so I passed him to avoid future unpleasantries.
  19. Crap! This was someone I hoped would fall to me.
  20. That was pretty much why Dusty made it onto my list, seeing as I picked Orlando as a venue. And since Angle went and Eddie went and Steamboat went... otherwise, not on my radar. But then he went. I've got a feeling I'm going to fare a little better in the later stages of the draft. I've got the Drury factor going, no shame in picking up some of the cartoon era gimmicks, good bad or otherwise. Although the rate things are going I'll probably end up scrapping with Steviekick over the CHIKARA roster. I'm going to try to not recreate my Chikarariffic roster from the last draft. We're rassling it up in this one!
  21. I didn't plan on it. I can say it now because it can't happen, but I wanted my event to be headlined by Piper/Funk after an angle where the two are former tag partners and hate each other. It would be a blow off no holds barred match for the world title. So I had to go back to the drawing board. I didn't bother to check the last thread for info on previous stuff. Sorry.
  22. That brings up a question. I remember I took a lot of crap in the last draft for wanting to modernize/update the Headbangers' gimmick. In this draft, is it permissible to slightly repackage someone if they're in a tag team?
  23. RAVEN This draft is very unpredictable, so I'm picking someone to be a foil to Roddy Piper sooner than later. He's probably one of the best promo/mic guys ever and has an unbelievable sense of in ring psychology to his matches. He can get over with any crowd.
  24. I think the biggest thing holding people from picking Tokyo is putting together a roster/event to Japanese tastes.
