I don't know about the others, but I got bored of GTA3 and don't care about any sequels or upgrades. Plus I hate Rockstar, their attitude, and their marketing tactics, so they have a lot of bias to overcome to interest me. Of course, they don't need me, since millions are already sold on it. If it turns out to be really fantastic, I can pick it up probably 6 months after release for 12 bucks. Plus, I personally am extremely jaded these days and few new games catch my interest. When I get a new magazine in the mail with new MGS3 info, I flip through it and check the other features. I don't give a damn about it, either.

Ha! That's funny. But also sad. Well, over 3 years ago Jericho was feuding with BENOIT over the Intercontinental Title in a Ladder match after a long feud. Still, at least he's progressed since where he was nearly 5 years ago--feuding with Chyna over the IC title. Benoit on the other hand...uh...he's in a tag match to fill time. Glad they didn't decide to heavily depush him or anything, despite that lousy title run being completely his fault. If it wasn't fixed and I didn't know they'd be punching like sissies I'd care. If we got some solid punches and they looked like they were trying to kill each other out there, we'd have something.

With Jericho as a face, and Christian yet to cut a really good promo since coming back, I suppose so.

I still don't think Yukes will bother changing Orton's theme now, but you never know. So Orton will have the Evolution theme instead? I have no complaints about that, although if they had somehow been able to put it in Evolution's theme would of course still be available. I hated HCTP, but on SYM I made him a thinner, uglier Vader in casuals. Since I don't really have to have wrestlers that were left out look like they should, it's nice to give different movesets to wrestlers that suck and get use out of them. I prefer it that way than how it is in No Mercy, where you're stuck with the default move sets. So make Palumbo...uh...a more tanned Razor Ramon with curlier hair, or something. I actually got the idea from WCW vs. the World, where they had stuff like Dynamite's look but Vader's moves.

I guess it isn't just me that seems to think the D-pad is more teh suk for this game than usual? I can play the Alpha's quite fine, even pulling off the Somersault Justice with relative ease, but at times I'm having trouble with more basic motions. It's a ploy to sell those damn controllers, I just know it! Oh, and I know they're missing because Hyper is a glorified hack of Super Turbo, but why didn't they put back in the Bonus Stages? They had an expanded set of Bonus Stage challenges in the GBA Turbo Revival, but they couldn't leave them in here? If you're going to do nostalgia, Capcom, don't half-ass it. (/Picky Fanboy Ranting)

Well, there are a lot of shitty movies to go around this summer for everyone. Oh--and while The Cookout is doing a lot better, it has something else in common with Superbabies: 0% at Rotten Tomatoes. I'm glad Hero still tops and that Anacondas is still doing surprisingly well. ....why is Without a Paddle number 2? America, I've lost a lot of faith in you this summer anyway, but seriously...

Between SD and Raw--yeah, *Raw* needs the help. Riiiight. Ladder Match stip and Cage Matches sound like Heyman to me. I doubt Heyman had anything to do with the Diva Search stuff. Was there anything that was really bad on Raw? I don't think so. It was just kinda either good or just lying there. Diva Search stuff was boring, which I think sounds completely unlike something the writing team would do. You'd think they'd have some slap-fighting or something to follow up. Instead we got arm wrestling and chili.

decent card, crap for buildup. Middle-of-the-road Raw, IMO. Some good stuff--but can't bring myself to care about Eugene/HHH or Orton. Opening segment was good but dragged a bit. Although I couldn't get past the fact that "oh wow--Jericho's in the same position he was over 4 years ago." and Unforgiven is Sunday? They didn't really build up some of the main matches. Okay, Orton/HHH yes, but HBK only appeared for the Rep convention, Christian JUST came back, I didn't realize Victoria vs. Trish was happening (not that it matters either way), ditto for the tag match, and why is Benoit in a pointless slapped-together tag match vs. Evolution on a PPV? I'm not buying Randy as champ. His character is...uh...he rebels against HHH and Bisch? Yeah, big deal. *yawn* Oh, he spit at HHH. Yay? The investment of time in the wedding angle baffles me. Especially since Kane's not going to be doing much of anything once the angle is over.

Granted, Super Babies, White Chicks, and Soul Plane (why do studios think black folks like REALLY SHITTY MOVIES?) are tough competition, but I have a lot of faith in it, if only for that.

My one question about it--why do his old posts, instead of "Unregistered," appear to be still up and normal except for "Group: Banned?" Did the mods change how banned poster's posts appear, was it Invision, or what? That's partly why I didn't notice he was banned until I strolled over to HD.
