The theme was always good, but the lyrics have always been hard to understand/stupid. Plus it took them forever to settle on a final version.

"Shrek 2, Harry Potter, Spiderman 2, Bourne Supremacy, Manchurian Candidate, I Robot, Open Water, Collateral and lots of other good movies." The Shreks don't interest me, I don't care about Harry Potter, Manchurian Candidate was a decent remake of a much better movie, Open Water is "meh" to me, I, Robot sucked, but compared to how bad other movies sucked it didn't suck all that much.

"It's the mentality from the past that if people see you dressed like a bum, they won't pay to see you." Yeah, usually that would completely kill the popularity of rock stars, which WWE is most similar to. How out of touch can this company get?

I'll probably be checking out Hero soon enough... However, it is just me, or is this the worst summer for movies in a long, long time? So often I'd check movie listings and see NOTHING worth watching, and half of it is god-awful garbage. This summer we got Van Helsing, CINO, Garfield, AVP, BG2, Without a Paddle, The Village, Yu-gi-oh, Day After Tomorrow, Thunderbirds, Troy and White Chicks. There are probably plenty of others just as bad that I've forgotten about. There was only a handful of movies that were even at least decent.

They'll do the same thing they always do when the Raw roster has deficiences--they'll call up some folks from the B-show. I can't wait for Batista/Eddy for the IC title; can you? Isn't his WWE-xaggerated height 6'4"? So I doubt he's even that tall. Plus, Edge used to be very lanky and even now his physique is hardly even the fit-n-trim Hollywood Rock size, let alone your standard WWE main eventer.

Why are they feuding again?

I'm surprised it happened in a match with Jericho. You almost never hear something like that happening...hope he'll take enough time off to get healthy. Edge is injured again while Orton walks around healthy with the title. This does not compute... "All" is an unfair generalization. I think Edge is boring as hell right now, but I chalk it more up to having been gone so long, the extent of his injuries, and not really having much direction since his return. For a guy who has gone through what he did, he's been doing a great job wrestling. It's just that his character is blah to me.

I think it works when they actually have something unique or some kind of hook, and if it is done as a video package with slick production. Of course, a good gimmick and well-done segments like that is all for moot if a debuting guy--let's call him Hawn O'Share, absolutely sucks at his gimmick, is boring as hell in the ring, and can do nothing but "look big and scary."

Oh yeah! I was trying to remember which other music choice was pretty funny and extremely out of place, and that would definitely be the one. I'm not entirely sure what the WWE is trying to accomplish by playing popular songs with the 18-49 male demographic. It doesn't make me enjoy the Diva Search any more, that's for sure. Plus, WWE's main audience these days are males in their 30's...

Well, he could debut on PPV. Or, perhaps he'll screw up during the taping, then they'll re-tape the same segment in the same night, like I think happened with Jones.

I think every WWE game since Attitude has been delayed at least once. Well, maybe the X-Box Raw games came out on time, but those don't count.

Well, it happened. No violence yet, so sadly no hippie skull-busting to my knowledge, yet. I'm as disappointed as you, KKK--since NYC is close enough to grab a club and a bus and join in on the fun.
