Andrew beat me to it, damn. However...to realistically answer AS's questions, no, you would still need to run away from a slow movie serial killer. Why? The answer is simple. Humans get winded and they slow down. A guy like Jason...he's been dead for years! What does he need to slow down for? So, he'll continue to go at his pace and you'll start to slow down...and then he'll catch you. Remember the Tortoise and the Hare? Jason is the motherfucking Tortoise and he always gets you. Kane has never tried to hack people to death though, even though he's based on Michael Myers. So, if we ever got the much anticipated Nash/Kane match, it would be Jason vs. Michael Myers, which is like Freddy vs. Jason, but without Freddy's charisma to make up for the terrible workrate and no-selling. My guess is that when the Cell was first used, if it had holes in it, the fans would have suspected that they were going to be climbing the cage...which was NOT the case for HBK/Taker. It was just supposed to be a straight up cage match. It retained that reputation until Foley was thrown off of the top of the cage...and then it was expected to climb up. So, if its expected...the fans wouldn't care if there were holes in it now. Dames

Jason Voorhees didn't always walk slowly towards his prey...but after Friday the 13th Part VI, he did and it added dramatic effect and impact to the chase scene. I only experienced the slowdown with No Mercy a few times, during 4 way tag ladder matches. Put in the expansion pak, turn off the music and the game flies. Dames

Ahh... When you go into the menu for the Special Edition, hit 8, 2, 9, 9, 7, on your DVD remote. (The date for Judgment Day). If done properly, you should see the phrase "The Future Is Not Set" lit up and the Special Edition will change to the Extended Special Edition, which adds another 15- 20 minutes into the Special Edition and fleshes out the characters even more. The first time I saw The Rock's intro, a small part of me wanted David Boreanaz to bust out of the Titantron. Angel is a great show, especially when seen after Buffy. The crossovers are great and I'm still miffed at Fox for releasing Angel FIRST before releasing Buffy Season 4....thereby giving viewers only the second half of the crossover. I bought both at the same time. Dames

I agree with Tom on the Special Edition. I hope that you've unlocked the Extended Special Edition, Tom, in the Ultimate Edition DVD. There's a scene with Michael Biehn in T2 in the SE by the way.... Dames
