I think more people wanted Jericho to walk out champion because after he was made the fool in the build up for that match no one wanted to see him lose the match because it would have capped off the worst burying ever. And I do believe no one was into the HHH/Jericho match because it was a foregone conclusion with a horrible build up.

I was shocked more by the fact that he looked back favorably on a match in which he had to lose to HBK even though he didn't hate him at that point.....as much. Plus he seemed really pissed off at the end of it. Did anyone ever notice that Earl Hebner waits until he's sure Bret is looking before handing the title to HBK? It's like he went out of his way to do it in front of Bret at the end of the Iron Man match. Not sure why he did that, but it always seemed odd to me that you can actually see Earl just standing there holding the title for a good minute before reaching down and handing it to HBK and the look on Bret's face makes him look pissed.

I mean what would she think of Fred's Leg shots in the house.

Wow this show is gonna end up very Dream Machine centric......which is fine by me!! We have the match and PK's setup segments. Plus the setup for our next feud. Plus this show will be very full since you also add in Blurricane's Intense 5 match and the setup to his next feud.

The Iron Man Match with HBK was one of Bret's favorites???

I was reading through "Have a Nice Day" again the other day and I realized something. Foley praises Vince some in his book and most of it was true.....for that time. Most of the stuff you could praise Vince for has gone right out the window. He used to be a great risk taker...now he just does what Steph and the people in his ear want. He used to listen to the wrestlers...now he just listens to certain people.

The day he came back from his quad injury. Seriously. He came back with that awful looking jean jacket and it finally hit me. Why do I like this guy? He was so bloated looking and not believable as a face. Plus I hated going into the Rumble knowing who was going to win so obviously. EDIT: I forgot that he started wearing that jean jacket before the quad injury. Technically I'd say that was the beginning of my hate. It was basically the build up to WrestleMania X8 with Jericho looking like a fool.

I thought Metal Geat Solid 1 was pretty epic too. I've never played Sons of Liberty though.
