Let's go back a few years. I'll start with a photo of Samoa Joe. I think this photo sums up old Joe. Power, emotion, agility.. Wrestling. This wasn't that long ago at all. I've always been a Joe fan, but because i'm exposed to him every single week, i've not truly seen the differences between now and a few years ago. I popped in a DVD of Joe from 2005, which featured his matches against Liger and the three way Unbreakable match. Joe was awesome, a great wrestler, a great fan favourite, and he gave you entertaining viewing no matter what he did. In 2009? Yes, this is what we're left with three or four years later. The photo explains it. Knife-wielding maniac? Crap angles? Hell, he's even lost his decent ring-shape. Joe was never known for being in great 'wrestling' shape before but at least his work made up for it. His appearance now is just noticeable wrong. The fans probably don't even care about Joe any more. His angles are painful to watch and I will even fast forward over them in some cases. He's the babyface, yet i'm hoping the Main Event Mafia wipe him out, especially after he promised to 'kill' every single member. Joe went from being insanely over in 2005 to being a complete joke in 2009. Can the Samoan Submission Machine be what he once was, and so much more? Has the Samoa Joe boat passed now? Can he be salvaged?

Come on, not you too, bro. Here's the thing, man. I give anybody a chance. It's just in my nature, I can't just dismiss or form a negative opinion of somebody from hardly knowing them. Unless they're TSM poster 'theone' - But as stated, he's a special case. You & I even discussed Leena via PM a while ago and I agreed she shouldn't be persecuted just because of reputation from other posters.. But all i've seen in 99% of her posts since is her gloating about destroying this place and making fun of the community that still visit. She's right in one sense, it's people like her that WILL eventually kill this place off. I don't know any of the back history and I honestly don't want to, but her posting the things she does makes me not want to be around here any more - and i'm one of the ones who want to be around here.

This DVD is great. I'm only 2/3 through it.. I forgot how amazing that Warrior/Savage retirement match is. Damn, it's still very emotional.

Really now. Yes, I do think so. I think it's impossible to post at the New TSM and still post regularly here, just because it's so much better at the new place, so we should focus on new people coming in and not the people who left here and swore they'd never come back. We just need to draw a line under everything that's happened and simply move on. We will get people continuously sign up, that's fact. Right now, all they see when they get here is people from the new board talking about how shit this place is currently, and threads being taken up by two people arguing over petty insults. That's the reason we need to just draw a line under it and make a fresh start.

You're right, about Zhang. I think I was the only person who spoke to her like a rational person.

She's done well, took a very basic character in herself, saw the aspects which drew heat and ran with them. I'm personally glad she's off my TV, but everybody's got to make a living and she did her job well.
