I don't know if the crowd were asleep earlier in the show, after Punk beat Edge (clean, which has been lost in all of this) they didn't pop until they announced the MITB, even when he picked it up and motioned. Either way, i'm glad I read the spoilers on this occasion because, as a huge Punk mark, i'd have been tearing my hair out at Umaga. Man, that guy must be a great heel.

About as many derby-wearing, stiff-upper-lipping Englishmen as you see on American shows that travel to London for an episode. I'm not sure if you were having a pop here, but I wasn't insulting Southern North-America.

Rather bland Superstars this week. Even the Bourne match wasn't enthralling. Would have been nice if they made this event that little more special by putting the tag-titles on the line, unless this result is leading us to have Colons/Priceless on PPV.

Maybe the honeymoon period is over? You'd have thought they'd use ALL the big guys at least one time each just to stretch the star power out.. Like have one main guy wrestle every week. Orton one week, Batista the next, Michaels the week after that and then Chris Jericho the week after that. You could easily fill out three or four months without using the same guy more than two times.

So they're continuing with the theme of having one match from each brand and resisting the temptation to make Superstars a any brand/any match show. Shame, as the temptation for Khali vs Beth Phoenix was high for me.
