Maybe that'll end up being the angle with the biggest blow-off at Wrestlemania: Tim White vs. Life

Who wants a phone call from.............

C'mon. $300 for someone to call you and say CH CH CH CH, HAW HAW HAW HAW is a steal. But I'll do it for $100. When's your birthday? alright, you got me. The CH CH CH... I totally wasn't thinking on that one. I'll let them clear out my bank account on that one. Seeing you'll give me Jason for my birthday, I'll see if I can get the Zombie to sing for you on a random occassion. Who wants a Happy Columbus Day from Arnold Horshak?

I was watching the DVD of Wrestlemania 21 the other day and got to the part where they brought out all of the Hall of Famers and introduced them during the live show. I remember they did this at Wrestlemania 20 also, once I was watching the show. My question is will they do this again this year? My point in asking, of course, is Bret Hart. Bret said he would only do the ceremony, so will he not come out to get his recognition during the show? I know for the deceased members a family member comes out. Will they just completely omit Bret during the show?

Who wants a phone call from.............

You can talk to "The Equalizer" of WWF fame! There are a couple okay ones... but I mean, the guy who played Jason Vorhees in Friday the 13th Part 2?!?! It's not like he'll be doing a Jason immitation. A lot of people would get confused. The Barbi Twins? My guess is whoever would get them isn't really interested in hearing their voices. The top of the line stars are Cindy Margolis, Todd Bridges and Sid Haig... that's a superstar lineup. I think come Mother's Day, my mom will be receiving a call from Evan Karagis. I also plan on having Todd Bridges give some of my friends a "Motivational Call". THAT'LL be good.

If you had the chance to redo any movie

I've sworn up and down that if made correctly, a new version of the silent classic The Cabinent of Dr. Calligari would be pretty wicked awesome. Obviously it would have sound this time around, but I think the story around it, with what is possible with film today, would be really cool.

    Issac Hayes Quits South Park

Now there is rumor of taking the Scientology one off the DVD set too? Last I knew they were debating whether the banned "Virgin Mary" one would make the DVD. So now the season set may potentially be missing two episodes from the DVD... that's just not right.

"Snakes on a Plane" Teaser up

I had no idea Kenan was in it, so I looked it up on IMDB. David Koechner is going to be in it too. There is no way this was meant to be serious. I'm even more interested now. Just went to watch the Trailer now though and it has been taken off of YouTube.

    V for Vendetta

I went and saw the early showing of it and I enjoyed it. Some people around me were saying it strayed from the comic a bit, but I didn't know if that was true or what exactly did stray.

Ice Cube to star in urban remake of Welcome Back, Kotter

I'm thinking Washington will be the token Wigger, but that's just my speculation.

    History of Violence

I watched it yesterday on DVD too. I really enjoyed it. I didn't know a few things about it. What I had heard had me thinking it was like non-stop crazy violence, which isn't really up my alley, so I wasn't offended that it wasn't that way. I had heard Hurt had a small part for an Oscar nod. I see both ways now. I was shocked he didn't even come into the movie until so late, but then, I do see why he was nominated also. Very good movie though. I had some expectations going in, but I'd still say I was slightly surprised on how much I enjoyed it.

I only saw it at Suncoast right when it came out, but you'd have to count on it being a Suncoast that isn't going out of business... and then it's going to be like $24.99. I'd just try online.

I am really surprised the Kiss My Ass match is on there. No real purpose and the build-up and match includes Jeff Jarrett.

BIG RUMOR on "One Night Stand 2" from WON !!

I have a feeling this will counteract even last year's ONS. The show will end with Triple H giving the Pedigree to the whole lockerroom one by one. Eventually they will all just wait in a line. In the end, he'll be standing above all the ECW wrestlers and spray his kingly water into the air as the show closes and ECW is officially dead.

Fans respecting wrestlers in the WWE

Some of that I think had to do with who he was working with partially. I mean, he had to sell the dead man gimmick more than, but he was also working with the likes of Mabel and Giant Gonzales for the most part, whereas 1998-Present he's faced Angle, Austin, Flair, among others.

    Shmackdown Shpoilers!

Hardy would be great to bump around in that match, but after the last few months of how he's been booked, it'd be hard to buy him in a #1 contendor's match.

    Dates/Locations for '06 WWE PPV's

Exactly. I know that Phoenix usually sells out quickly and the only other PPV they have produced there was Summerslam 2003.

You know Rudo's is better than anything they'd even come up with though. If it were like that passage, I'd read them just for the sheer shock value. The real WWE novels are going to try to throw in "Too Hot to Handle Themes" at an Easy Reader level.

    Dave Chappelle's Block Party

I caught it Friday morning, I guess I was there for like the first showing. There were not too many people there. Probably about 15 at most. Two people walked out early on when they figured it was going to be mostly concert stuff. It was two teenage skater guys, who I were surprised were even there, despite hearing them discuss going to the movie on the cell phone while they were at the urinal. Part of the highlight for me wasn't so much the movie, but this trio of wiggers that were right near me. It was serious two fat white teenager guys dressed like they wanted to sneak into a rap video and a big girl their age too. They were hollering and dancing during the movie. I was embarrased for them, but it really added to the experience. Overall in terms of the movie, I enjoyed it, not sure if I'd see it again. Plus, I think I'd be missing out with those kids who will be shot when they try to go to a tough neighborhood.

    Ultraviolet

Ooh, sorry to hear you won't ever get that time back. This is one I'd have a hard time going to see, even if it was free. It basically looked like Aeon Flux with a less credible cast to me... and I didn't even want to see Aeon Flux. I noticed in the title you said Milla's Bare Ass, and I was going to comment that, but noticed you covered it in the text. Not that I mind, but I'd be more hardpressed to find a Milla Jovovich movie that did not have her wind up naked than one that did.

    78th Academy Awards

I agree on that one. I really am not an "anime" fan, but I went to see Howl's with someone who was and really enjoyed it. While I did like Wallace and Gromit, I felt that Howl's got snubbed due: 1) Pity vote for the studio burning down, 2) Wallace and Gromit I believe did more business (because I think it had #1 at least one week IIRC) and 3) "Lifetime Achievement" seeing they have been around for quite a while. Crash winning was the shock surprise for the night for me. I really felt they should win, but figured Brokeback was going to. I was pleased at the end of the night. In the Oscar pool I did, I got second place calling 16 out of 24. I went on what I wanted with Howl's and what I felt would win with Brokeback. If I did it the other way around, I would've been 18, because I figured Wallace would win, but went with what I wanted, and like I said before, I wanted Crash. Also, I did this like a month ago, when Huffman was still the favorite for Best Actress, which I knew would be different when for the past few weeks it has been nothing but Reese Witherspoon. The top moments for the night in my opinion were: The Campaign Videos (especially the Keira Knightley one) and Jon Stewart's quote on Scorsese:

Carlito Getting Into The MITB match?

The IC Title is not an important part of Wrestlemania anymore. There hasn't been an IC Title match at Wrestlemania since X8. That's going to be 4 years now. Last year, Shelton in MITB. WM 20 - Orton in the Evolution vs. Rock/Sock WM 19 - It was "retired" still. It came back at Judgement Day. Seems silly to me.
