Well, this match could be an interesting clash of styles.

They haven't done this when champions switched shows before.

Candice busted out a variation of the tarantuala. Nice. And it's...Lashley to RAW! Wow. So much for Benoit/Lashley program.

Torrie and Masters going to Smackdown is like when a baseball team loses a big name talent to free agency, and they get a couple extra draft picks as compensation.

OK, I thought Bret was funny.

He's going to appear in a taped segment, talking about Vince. Well, I guess they didn't have anything else for Torrie to do on RAW, now that her program with Carlito is done, I guess. Frankly, I'm surprised she still has a job with WWE at this point.

AND THE CROWD GOES MILD! Torrie was already on Smackdown a while ago, wasn't she?

Yes, I'll admit, I probably could never have landed a chick like Ashley (I'm married now, so it's pretty irrelevant). That said, I really do not find her all that attractive compared to some of the other women in WWE.

I think I was temporarily blinded there by Iron Shiek's gold chains there. Yeesh.

Really? You really mean that? Pretty much. Ashley is the epitome of the totally manufactured fake diva look that WWE loves. Her boobs look ridiculous, and her fashion sense is comical. She's done nothing of real note in WWE, and we're supposed to care about her suspension. Plus she has those stupid lip piercings, made all the worse by the fact they're having her talk during a segment. She tries to come off like a cool rocker chick, but no one buys it. Stupid.

Well, we've just seen the three most hideous divas of all time in the span of about five minutes.

Matt Young, i think you're going against the concensus here.

That was a really nice TV match. I'm kind of mixed about Benoit leaving Smackdown. He had a lot of good matches there, but he's really going to add a lot to ECW: - Benoit/Lashley - Benoit/Punk (the internet smark dream match of the decade) - Benoit/Burke etc. Kind of humorous that they're playing up that Smackdown has been the big loser so far, which is what everyone here has been saying would happen.

Yeah, I try to avoid buying Doritos very often. Not exactly a healthy snack, but everyone knows that.

Wow, I didn't know there was a Bill & Ted Cereal. For most of my youth, I never got to eat any good kids cereals. My mom would always buy those huge family size boxes of Rice Krispies (the plain ones), Cheerios, or Kix. Nothing more exciting than getting up in the morning and having a bowl of sawdust and milk.

His last run in WCW was pretty awful. He was booked horribly...the "Millennium Man" gimmick made him seem like a Jericho wannabe, and the "streak" was ridiculous. He'd run into the ring and start powerbombing jobbers, and the announcers would count each powerbomb as a win. Just stupid and really insulting to the audience. Also, he was given way too much mic time. Vince Russo seemed to think that you could just hand any wrestler a mic, have them go out for ten minutes, and they'd be the next Rock or Stone Cold.

OK, the Big Boo reference made me laugh. I guess I can buy that a lot of churches place a lot of emphasis on Satan/Lucifer/the Devil...probably too much, to a point, in a misguided attempt to scare people. That said, I believe there's a devil. Just look at how much bad is in the world. You don't really think there's something behind it?

It would be nice if a "surprise" person was picked somehow, but it won't happen. Guys like Eugene and Kenny Dykstra will switch shows, and Jim Ross will act like it's a huge deal.

That '02 RAW show is mind-boggingly. They totally hot-shotted the end of the Flair/McMahon ownership feud in one night.
