I'd put JYD above Abdullah, and Thunderbolt Patterson should be on the list as well. I'd swap out Tony and Rocky, and maybe swap Scorpio and Killings.... I think Scorpio made more of an impact on wrestling as a whole than Killings has though. Just from the standpoint that he was the first guy I saw doing 450 splashes and was a big part of ECW's initial rise as a cult wrestling promotion.
