With all this talk of Big Show coming back and being a desparately needed top heel, I must beg the question: who the hell are all these over top faces you all speak of? Show can quarrel with Eddie, but all that will be is Eddie getting his job back from NM 03. Then what? He already ran his course with Cena. RVD? Yuck.

Surely looking at this from a logical standpoint is ludicrous. Kane's character is anything but sympathetic to anyone. His character has been developed solely on the fact that he hates anyone and everyone and is only out for himself. He wanted the title and throws tantrums when he doesnt get his way. He wants a child and will bully whoever he can to get one so he can be "normal". He lights people on fire. He attempted to murder the Undertaker, who was nothing but his friend and ass kicking partner for years and just so happens to be his brother. Why in the world would he give a damn about Bearer when Bearer decides to just pop back up and side with the Undertaker rather than his own son?

Not that I am a fan of anything going on with this Undertaker/Bearer crap, but Kane shouldn't have too much concern (character-wise). He tried to kill his brother who was alligned with Bearer. Why the hell does he care? If Kane is portrayed as this serious monster with not an ounce of good in his body, why would he give a damn if the traitor got axed?

This match very closely resembled the HBK/HHH HIAC from Bad Blood. Nothing but a WWE style brawl extended WAY too long. You would expect that from HBK/HHH, but not from those guys when matches like Eddie/Brock (NWO 2004) and Benoit/Angle(RR 03) prove that they are capable of long matches involving a lot more. It WAS a big letdown at the time, but a second viewing helped it a bit. Not bad by any means, but really not all that great.

Am I the only one who didn't see him turning heel in the 1st place? All I could think of was him squashing the dudleyz and moving on. They didn't care about having him steam roll right through Kane and Booker, why would they try and protect the Dudleyz?

Did anyone else markout for Orton/Benjamin just fucking duking it out in the middle of the match? Looked like a hockey fight.

With all the Sid talk, does anyone remember him powerbombing Nash like it wasnt shit when he re-debuted in WCW and aligned with Savage?

I have NEVER seen more repeated moves in a contest, much less involving 4 different men. The same spinebuster was thrown 3 or 4 times, Cena threw out nothing but clotheslines and shoulderblocks. that was just painful to watch.

Kronik vs Taker/Kane must be HEAVILY edited on the DVD release because I've watched it to see how bad it was.... and it wasn't even that bad. Heatless, but not bad. Can anyone confirm editing?

Most of any of the moves Lesnar performed against the Big Show in their many encounters. A standing vertical, superplex, RUNNING powerbomb, just sick stuff.

I don't think they were booing Eddie in the first place, but more the overall product. Eddie's frustrations with management added to the fact that the show sucks and he's the cornerstone got the best of him (allegedly) and he blew up.

But were his matches against Bradshaw? I don't see any need for Eddie to play the heel when Bradshaw is certainly not playing the face. I think Germany just shit on the product and the fact that THIS is the best the company has to offer when a year ago it woulkd have been an awesome show. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the JD match between the two, but it should have been handled more like Eddie/Chavo from RR 04 and should be in the past now. NO ONE cares about a fucking bullrope match, and I can't blame the German fans for shitting on the current state of what Smackdown has become. what better place and time to voice your opinion than the main event?

Choken that was too well booked. That right there is probably what was going to happen but will now be changed because of your psychic ability ruining the entire plans for the rest of the year. Seriously though, do you guys not remember the opening 6 man a few weeks ago where HHH/Edge went head to head for a while and the crowd ate it up, causing them to play out thier part in the match like it was something we've all been waiting for? It was a perfect tease for their feud later down the line. I guess I just don't see the heel turn happening. It's so lame it makes me sick. That kind of BS kills momentum, and Raw needs to stay strong.

OK, so does the heel turn equal no HHH program, a quick turn back to face down the road (stupid) or does HHH turn face? This is why he was brought to Raw in the first place. How does it happen now?

The HHH/Edge program is not happening. Edge heel turn is imminent. Smackdown is starving for guys like Edge. Why not pull the plug on his Raw stint? Is there seriously any reason he'll stay on Raw as a "serious" heel and suck other than management not wanting to admit that was a huge mistake anyway? Smackdown really needs to get another SD6 deal going again, and with Edge back, 5 of the original would be back. thoughts?

I was a fan. Their albums got progressively worse, but, coming from someone who enjoyed the music, they grow on you. I hate to see them go, but I don't think the 4th album would have been worth a damn.

This thread is classic. Hilarious stuff in here, guys. Kickball was ALWAYS my favoritepartof elementary school. We didn't get gym class but maybe once a week, and when we had to do anything but kickball, it sucked. I remember being the mediocre kid who got picked quick because I was friends with everyone. I was never very good because I was small. I'd absolutely LOVE to play now. Dodgeball didn't start for us until middle school when kids REALLY start getting demonic with thier hate for others. In one school there was a line of throwers and everyone else ran and dodged. Tghe next school I got to was just straight up war. I was in the class when the game was officially banned from the school. You had one of those HUGE black guys who could sprout a beard and was legit 13 veaming a poor little 6th grade girl with glasses in the face and knocking her out, sending her to the floor and with a head injury. He wasn't even aiming for her, but she was just running and not paying attention (rather slowly) and there it went.

I sure hope the title program wasnt that 2nd biggest program they were talking about. But who else would they slate him against? He just can't fit anywhere on Raw. He'd definitely disturb the good flow they have going.

Speaking of moves, is anyone else pissed at the lack of use of the backbreaker Orton used to use a lot? The one Mike Sanders used as a finsih in WCW where he uses his own back to snap his opponent into a backbreaker like move. Very sweet looking, and if you're talking pacing, Orton had that down in strides. THAT move stopped the babyfaces flurry of offense and put him in control everytime. Very effective and now very underused.

The pictures do that bladejob NO justcie. If you saw the chairshot that went along with it, you would have feared for Eddie's life. Bradshaw folded that chair completely over his head. We were sure it was hard-way. When they got close to the announce table, Tazz would keep selling the match while Cole would be (off the headset) asking Eddie if he was OK the whole time.
