Dubq, this is the perfect thread in which to post pics of your sleeve! I tried the demo last night. It wasn't mind-blowingly awesome, but it was really good. And it seemed like, based on the clips shown after completing the demo, that the level we were given was the least exciting of all. So the full game should be amazing.

The details are somewhat foggy now. I should have written this all down, as I recalled everything vividly upon waking. But I had a dream in which myself, Santino Marella, some woman who was apparently his girlfriend, a human version of Butters from South Park, and a human version of Clyde from South Park, along with several random other people were all in a hotel suite. Everyone was drinking and smoking pot. Santino was being his usual self. I really wish I could remember quotes from the dream. Somehow, after being sent to bed, Butters was sexually molested by an unknown assailant. I ate some delicious Chinese food, but ended up having to shit 3 times. The third time, I was shitting and trying to fend off some elves with knives at the same time. When I got out of the bathroom, Santino and friends were watching a movie about an asteroid hitting earth and causing an apocalypse. Somehow, that morphed into a news broadcast. So shit was really going down. Everything was dark and destroyed. Outside, there were these large translucent creatures who looked like a combination of the aliens from the Alien movies, and some sort of lobster type deals. Everyone was trying to find safety, while Santino wanted to go to "Dunka the Donut" (Dunkin' Donuts, of course). Apparently, Santino and his girlfriend were both shrimp people- like centaurs, but with the bottom/horse part being that of a shrimp. I guess the aliens were only after the shrimp people. The dream ended with one of the aliens first getting Santino, and then his girlfriend, scooping them up in their jaws as blood splattered everywhere.

I'm pretty sure the body burns 500 calories, if not more, just doing normal everyday activities. And there's no way you can get all the nutrients you need on that kind of diet without extensive supplementation. Whatever muscle you may have will rapidly degenerate due to not being supplied with enough protein and other essential nutrients.

Man, this Shawn Merriman injury really sucks. He's the heart of the Chargers' defense. I thought they had a chance to at least make it back to the AFC title game this year, but with the possible ramifications, Merriman should get surgery rather than play. No sense in risking your whole career over one season. In other news, the Cardinals have named Kurt Warner the starter over Matt Leinart. It's a good decision in the short term, based on how Leinart has played this preseason, but a terrible one long-term. It'll only lead to Warner getting benched after 5-6 games and then bitching the rest of the season while riding the pine. I could be wrong, though, as the Cards have a pretty easy schedule for the first half of the season.

Weezer's first two albums are great. You can really see how much influence that Sharp had on the band, because everything they have put out since he left hasn't been that good. Sharp's other band, the Rentals, is pretty solid. Has anyone here ever checked out Ozma? They played a show 2 years ago at UC Riverside that I really enjoyed.
