To the people asking about multiplayer, yes- everyone has had connection problems.

It's a good addition, as turtling is cheap as fuck and means you suck. And it isn't just for turtling, either. If you stand in one spot and keep blocking, it'll happen. The criticals can be executed once any part of the armor gets broken by hitting horizontal + vertical + kick. You can avoid it by using the 8 way run and guard impact.

Hooooooooooooooly shit. I just got back from seeing it. I read a ton of comics as a kid, but never Iron Man, so my knowledge was limited. That was one of the best superhero movies I have ever seen, perhaps topped only by Batman Begins. It raped so hard.

I just finished Saints Row's final missions a week before GTA IV came out, and I am liking GTA's shooting systemmuch more than Saints.

I looked over a recap and didn't see anything like that. But I forgot to mention that I attended a Raw taping 2 weeks before Survivor Series where Maven, Chris Jericho, and Randy Orton beat Triple H, Batista, and Ric Flair. It's funny how maven was jobbing on Heat for months, and then he goes from doing that one week to beating Batista on Raw the next, and got the 1-2 month push. Who will register the name "Maven's Theme Music"?

I was actually thinking about that the other day while stoned off some "Grape candy" medical marijuana. Medical marijuana and Maven apparently go together. I know Maven's team with Orton, Benoit, and Jericho won control of Raw, and then 2 months later at new Year's Revolution, Maven was a heel and jobbing in 5 seconds to Shelton Benjamin. Question about the second island: Does it just randomly unlock? I figured there would be some notification since the entire reason it was blocked off was due to suspicion of terrorist activity, but I just randomly found myself on it during a mission for about 24% into the game.

That Cheerleader Melissa vs. Daizee Haze match was a nice surprise, as it wasn't on the non-spoiler match listing that I read. It felt like I was back in St. Louis at a Gateway Championship Wrestling show. I was surprised that Melissa was allowed to use the vertebreaker since it's one of Homicide's big moves. I wonder how long it will be till the Impact Zone fans start chanting "Raieesha Sayid" at Melissa. Also, my DirecTV info for the show lists, "Kurt Angle and Scott Steiner vs. Samoa Joe and Kevin Nash". Huh. I geuss we're not having Impact discussion threads anymore... I had that happen, too. It pulls up at the exact spot you called it from, marked by a blue arrow. If you call it and walk down the street, it'll fly by you and stop at the place from which you called it.

Depends on where you get it from. Some places have some nasty slaw. Surprisingly, the cole claw at KFC is excellent.

I just quit playing about 30 minutes ago, but only because my contacts dried out, I can't see without them, and I don't own glasses. I played about 3 hours of multiplayer (mostly Team Deathmatch) and almost 5 hours of single player (4 hours, 59 minutes, 5 seconds), taking breaks only to eat a couple times, take a phone call, and fill out some paperwork for my job. Such an incredible game. I liked Saints Row better than the older GTAs, but this one's already on pace to top it. This is the first GTA I've bought at or anywhere near release, and I love it. Apparently, many others do as well. I had never seen any more than 28 people on my friend list online at once. Last night, there were 42 online- all but 2 playing GTA IV.
