Eh - I pay for it every year. I think I get my money's worth but I'm not sure. I read so much stuff on there that I sorta lose track of what's Insider and what's not. I mean, during baseball season I read Buster Olney's links every morning and there are always some good Gammons, Neyer articles... as well as in-depth season profile and such. You also get ESPN the magazine but most weeks it goes right in the trash. The thing that pisses me off about Insider is that there are articles that are free to read, that I want to read, and when I go back a day later, they're restricted to Insider. Because it's the biggest sports story of 2008.

The Packers have always been my favorite football team, and the one non-Chicago sports team that I call a favorite. Brett Favre has always been my favorite player. This is a truly sad day for me. I haven' felt this badly about something sports related since Michael Jordan's second retirement from the Bulls in 1998 (I prefer to ignore his two year comeback in Washington). I just heard the news when I turned on Around the Horn. It shocked me, since the Packers were one score away from the Super Bowl and tied for the NFC's best record. I really thought they could have won it all next year. Now, that is unlikely. At least we'll get to see how Aaron Rodgers plays now, after 3 years of riding the bench. He looked good in limited activity in 2007, namely against Dallas, but I just hope he doesn't end up as another Tim Couch. Thanks for an amazing 17 year career, Brett!

For the first time, well, ever, I'm hoping Raw's "main event" is an interview or WrestleMania hype segment. Raw goes from 6-8:07 here, and the 2 hour Sarah Connor Chronicles finale starts at 8.

I downloaded this a few weeks ago when a friend linked me. Is it worth it? I haven't played it.

I had been planning to pick this up for a while, but I put it off due to owning Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4. But today (well, Saturday afternoon) I bought the game for the 360 after seeing that Target had it on sale for $39.99. I just finished Portal a while ago and loved it. I can't wait to do the challenges. I may start on Team Fortress 2 online tonight, and hen I'll start Half-Life 2 tomorrow. I've never played a HL game.

The shark eating the Fonz? I agree, this had to be the Lost episode that had the best story telling so far. It was a very well put together episode that kept me only wondering about Dezmon the entire episode. Still a great season. And a new term is born. Lost has "ate the Fonz". (I know it's "eaten", but "ate" sounds better in the sentence)

I like the Shark Boy one. The other 2, however, really are terrible.
