I had my first live standup experience tonight (just got home a while ago, around 3:30 A.M.) at a club in Riverside called In Cahoots. Headliner was a dude named Shang who has been on Comedy Central, HBO, BET, etc. You can check him out at http://www.iamshang.com, but the shit on his site doesn't even do him justice. Dude was the funniest person I've ever heard, period. EDIT: Cool Jew, I'd like to see your stuff sometime.

This board is cool to visit once every 3 months, but doing so more often than that, you wouldn't see anything new outside of Boardum. It's just uneventful there. Yes, Chris is correct. I heard rumors of a break between episode 8 and the rest of the season, but I hoped it wouldn't happen. Tonight was the first I heard of the break, after "Meet Kevin Johnson" ended. I was sad. 5 weeks till a new episode... fuck. I can totally see why the producers said that the ending of episode 8 was not finale-esque. The episode as a whole was great, but the ending with Alex, Rousseau, and Karl was meh. I'm glad Karl died rather than someone who mattered, and I hope Danielle is still alive. That seemed up in the air to me. Who was shooting them, anyway? Freighter people? (Lapidus was gone with the chopper) Or was it The Others? Did Ben send them there so that Danielle and Karl would be killed and he could win his daughter back without competition?

My first PPV I saw as it aired was WrestleMania VI or SummerSlam '90. I honestly can't remember for certain. I know I saw SS live, and I'm pretty sure about Mania. The one and only PPV I have ever witnessed in person was WrestleMania 21.

Not only did I surprisingly not make it to the sweet 16, but I didn't get mentioned on any of these guys' bad posters list- just one mention as a good one. Wow.
