But I liked Star Trek 10. I didn't think it was THAT bad, but then again it doesn't help that 50 minutes of footage was cut from the film that would have touched up on "character moments" with each crew member. Updated Star Trek (2008) roster: Oh and

Originally, this was going to be a pseudo sequel, but with Norton's involvement with the script, it looks like this movie will definitely be a remake. Oh, and William Hurt is the new General Ross (which really sucks, not that I got anything against Hurt, but Elliot's performance was top notch and probably one of the best parts of the previous Hulk film).

Jeff Bridges is The Iron Monger. Yeah, I was bummed his selfish actions cost him the chance to reprise his role in Goldfinger.
-
I read that Austin's DVD set was intentionally delayed because WWE wanted to make all the money possible from the Condemned.

Well, this sucks. I liked Chris Masters. Yeah sure he sucked in the ring, but he was a cool guy when I met him and he had a great character.

The 15-0 Undertaker DVD sucks. Don't bother picking it up. Ooo, unlucky. I got it at Blockbuster just so I could have the Batista / Undertaker steel cage match as well as Edge's title win in DVD quality.

Word. I'm hoping the movie sequel makes up for that lackluster final episode.

It was in somebody's sig for awhile. Thanks.

Stone Cold Vs. Ken Shamrock or The Big Show would've been good world title PPV main event matches IMO.

Sorry if this has been mentioned already, according to commercials that were not updated, Cena was STILL going to be the WWE Champion going into his predictably planned HIAC match with Orton for Cyber Sunday.

Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

He's almost completely gone. I think all of his matches are going to be edited off any PPVs except for The Rumbles (although they could edit any mention of him out), WM XX and SummerSlam only because of historical importance. I do like the notion of his face being blurred, makes sense. -
Great movie, worthy sequel for the most part, and everything clicked from the new writers, who had the sequence of events set-up in an unexpected order. Aside from the opening scene, SAW IV wasn't as gory IMO as the previous film. The only thing I was PISSED about was That makes SAW IV more enjoyable for me by having selective memory. It was cool to see more backstory on Jigsaw of how he came to be. The traps were neat as well. Rigg had a cool game that was new and original in itself. The editing team did a great job (aside from my complaint above) with the transistion shots from present time to flashbacks and vice versa. Just so everybody knows in order to get the questions out of the way:

We have a WINNER!

Here are the possible candidates for the new Jigsaw and why: Lawrence Gordon - Even though James Wan and Cary Elwes have said that he is practically dead, his death was never confirmed or strangely his whereabouts not mentioned at all in the previous sequels so there is a very small possibility that he might be around. Jigsaw got ahold of a lot of medical equipment and supplies with apparant ease as well as access to an ambulance in record time, I wouldn't be surprised if he got help from Dr. Gordon. After all, he is a doctor that showed that he had the survival instinct Jigsaw was looking in his victims and turning out to be a villain is nothing new to Cary Elwes. Chances are this won't happen since Elwes sued Lions Gate and he has gotten fat over the years since SAW I. Eric Matthews - He turned into a crooked cop because he wanted to punish the wicked. A smart guy who got out of the bathroom trap that took Dr. Gordon almost two hours to get of in about five minutes that, despite sustaining heavy injury doing so, remained with all limbs intact because he also showed that had the will to survive. He was originally supposed to die in SAW III, but it was changed for some reason. That makes me already suspicious. Jigsaw hints that he might have seen Matthews following the sewer fight. Plus Eric was seen behind Kerry moments before she was kidnapped (wouldn't surprise me since its been hinted that she was the reason Eric got divorced). Jeff Denlon - Lost his wife due to his vengeful ways. If he loses his daughter, he will have lost all that means to him. Carrying Jigsaw's legacy would be a perfect way for him to start a new life. Detective Hoffman - We saw him in SAW 3 pocketing evidence and we know so little about his character. Who said Det. Matthews had to be the only crooked cop? Hoffman could've been the one who gave Jigsaw the records of all the criminals Eric arrested as well as private information about anybody in the system so Jigsaw would know names and addresses of people he wanted to kidnap and test. Jill Tuck - The ex-wife of John. She could've known what he was up to and even helped him with his work. Seeing how he has passed on, I could see her continue her late husband's work. Even though they no longer have anything to do with writing the stories for the new batch of SAW sequels (by their own choice), James Wan and Leigh Whannell are credited on Saw IV as Executive Producers, that means they put their stamp of approval on the script before it gets shot. If there was something in danger of ruining the movie, it would be discarded. I'm pretty pumped for SAW IV next this weekend!

Remember when Josh Harnett said he'd never do a horror movie again? Ha.

Cena had those great raps and vignettes leading into the feud. Some were funny and some were just downright crazy (Seriously, has there been anybody else in WWE history who had the balls to call the Undertaker a fa---t?) The fans fed into it plus Cena came THIS close to beating the Undertaker at Vengeance. The crowd was totally into the match. Nobody took John Cena seriously (remember Backlash a few months prior?) until that match with the Phenom. Even though he lost, it definitely got him noticed the way he and the company wanted to be by the fans and IMO UT definitely gave him a "rub" (I remember hearing nothing, but negative stuff about the bout leading into it on this board) just by working that program with him because John Cena's career took off from there. -
Is the Hart Foundation / Rockers Oct 1990 the phantom tag title win match or just another one of their bouts like from SNME? I believe it is. Yup. Its definitely worth a purchase and I'm so happy that Heartbreak and Triumph isn't a rehash of it. From The Vault has a shitload of extras and has HBK's matches Vs. Ramon WM X, Vs. Hart Iron Man Match, Vs. Diesel IYH: GFBE, Vs. Mankind Mind Games, Vs. Undertaker HIAC, and Vs. HHH SummerSlam 02 all in their entireties. HOLY SHIT! Thank you, WWE!

My local Blockbuster fucked up and had the SAW Trilogy Box Set out fot a sale a week earlier than it was supposed to so of course I snagged it up to get part 3 early. The only problem is I would've been even more happier with this if Lions Gate had waited the full year to release the new stuff that was added on the Unrated version because there is not a whole lot changed between that and the Director's Cut overall. In other words, you would've experienced the full impact of the difference if you've only seen the theatrical version. Anyway, read below if you want the details on the film itself about the things that were cut from the original theatrical version. The stuff in italic is what's added to the Director's Cut, while the other stuff was added to the earlier released Unrated version and is kept on the DC as well. I think the most surprising thing to know is that the brain surgery scene was never altered. I can tell you I'm completely satisfied by the final ending change and I wish this was the ending that we all saw in the theater last year. : )

Unforgiven 2007 – Post-Match Undertaker Exit RAW (9/17/2007) – John Cena, John Cena Sr. & Randy Orton Story They're not including full matches anymore (the Kane / Khali match on the SummerSlam DVD wasn't even in its entirety, it was like the last 5 minutes of the match). I'm very disappointed with where WWE is going with this. The bonus disc thing was a fantastic thing when it started and now they're just getting lazy now and slapping on stupid segments instead of an actual match.

Mr. Luthor, we have to get to White Castle!

It was about that time though IIRC where Cena started getting over with the fans. Even if he got his ass kicked, it was that feud alone that pretty much made Cena a star. -
Batista's a douchebag, but its good to know that he's man enough to realize and admit when he's wrong.
