NYankees is from Westchester? We should hang out!

I'm actually surprised to hear that he's doing GI Joe, since it seems like he usually spurns paycheque movies.

Comments which don't warrant a thread.

I wanted to make a joke about the fact that franchise's sig says over like a fart in church, but I really couldn't think of a good line. -
Wrestling Observer Notes are back like Jordan wearing the 45

WrestleMania 20 says hello. Wrestlemania 2000 says hello as well. Yeah... I hated both of those... And tag team matches don't count as "multi-man" matches. A multi-man match is any match where the number of participants breaks down any way other than x vs. x. Did you hate the matches themselves or just hate that it was a multi-man match? I'd rather Cena v. HHH then some convoluted multi-man match, especially after Orton beat Hardy clean in the middle of the ring. The multi-man match is more for a filler PPV like Backlash or Judgement Day. -
Her character was supposed to be an ugly duckling at first but then she got pretty

Lake Bell looks pretty ugly in the Over Her Dead Body ads

That'd be awful. It's Wrestlemania, there shouldn't be any cheap disqualifications. -
It's a quasi-sequel to Step Up. Channing Tatum reprises his role, but I think it's just a bit part. Christine Lakin was recently in the Game Plan, but her scenes were cut out. http://www.christinelakin.blogspot.com/ (her blog)

No. In fact Blonde Ambition with Jessica Simpson had a worse PSA when it was released last December. There are other movies that have been worse. And after seeing it's Friday's numbers, I had to see the Hottie and the Nottie. It's pretty awful, and a total vanity project for Hilton. fantasy moguls has some great insight into how bad Hottie did- The weekend's biggest punchline, however, is reserved for Paris Hilton's The Hottie & the Nottie (Regent Releasing). The final count will show that the critically reviled comedy featuring the seemingly talentless Hilton will sell a meager $25,500 in tickets at 111 locations over the weekend. That's only $230 per screen for the theatres that were convinced to book this disaster. That means that, based on an $8 average ticket price, 29 paying customers showed up at each location over the 3-day. In a country that seems fascinated with Paris Hilton, only 3,219 unlucky Americans will have been suckered into seeing Hottie by Monday morning. (fantasymoguls) That's basically less than 2 people per show.

The crowd at MSG was screaming much louder for Cena v. HHH then they were for Hardy. Hardy should not be main eventing Wrestlemania yet. I'd rather they do Cena v. Orton though. -

I think it was something in the 70s for thumbs up. Apparently they thought of bringing Cena back at the RAW Roulette show, but decided to make it a surprise -
Cory in the House. It's pretty bad. Suite Life is okay, I wouldn't say it was awful. It has its moments.

I think the bigger story is that Bret and Owen Hart are still up for grabs in WWE Old School.

So Scarlett Johansson and Penelope Cruz are doing

Given that Cassandra's Dream is the lowest grossing and least attended movie of Allen's career, I guess he had to do something to spice it up. -
I wasn't, he was perfect for the role. Ben Foster's been one of my favourite actors since Get Over It. Great movie
-
As far as I know, there is no reason. They probably just couldn't fit him in. Mr. Perfect was never that big of a star in the WWF. Well, at least not at the level of the other guys depicted in the video. Koko B. Ware was in the video, as was Tony Garea

I thought you were a Marlins fan. For me, the worst Saints season 3-13 in 2005. The whole season was a nightmare. Living in NY, most everyone hated the Bulls. There was this one kid who liked the Bulls. I wanted to punch him in the face -
I thought they were just going to push 24 back to next year.

I remember Entertainment Weekly said they weren't sure what would happen. Sitcoms could all be back on the air to finsh out a couple new episodes. I think procedurial dramas also could do 3-5 episodes, and hopefully they'd let a show like Friday Night Lights complete its season. I agree with Venkman, just go to end of May-early June if necessary. I heard Lorne Michaels would be willing to extend SNL somewhat.

Roscoe Jenkins should do in the teens. Hottie and the Nottie is only opening on 100 screens.

I was wrong. I thought it would make 50 million opening weekend. 30 mill is still a lot but I thought it was going to be a lot more. I figure Fools Gold will be #1 next weekend despite not really deserving to be based on the Trailer I saw. The only way its not is if Hannah Montana stays at #1 since I dont know of another movie opening next weekend... It would be impossible for the movie to make $50 million, Marvin. It was only playing on 683 screens. Fools Gold will probably eke out a number one victory, since I see it having a 20 million opening

Come on Czech, be happy. The Pats perfect season is no more!
