  1. I have 4 Harry Potter and Prisoner of Azbakan posters, A Cinderella Story (got it from the theatre I worked at), Austin Powers, Dirty Work and the movie Pleasantville
  2. Following ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and CBS' Cold Case at 8 p.m. were the second hour of NBC's expanded Dateline (8.0/12), Fox's The Simpsons (6.3/ 9) and Arrested Development (4.4/ 6), and the WB's aforementioned The Starlet (1.4/ 2). Overall, the two-hour edition of Dateline averaged a 7.3/11 from 7-9 p.m. From 9-11 p.m., and following Oprah Winfrey Presents: Their Eyes Were Watching God on ABC, were repeat episodes of CBS' CSI: Miami (7.8/11) and CSI: NY (7.0/11), and repeats of NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent (7.3/11) and Crossing Jordan (5.9/ 9). On Fox, a second episode of Arrested Development sunk to a 3.8/ 5 at 9 p.m., followed by a repeat of The Simpsons at a 3.4/ 5 at 9:30 p.m. As much as I agree with the critics about Arrested Development, ratings unfortunately are not catching on.
  3. Bono's a moron on the political front but anyone who writes songs like City of Blinding Lights can't be a moron musically. And U2 does still have rock songs- Vertigo, All Because Of You, Love and Peace. I prefer their more introspective stuff or songs like City of Blinding Lights.
  4. People need to stop posting one line responses. I have no idea what they're talking about most of the time. Come on people- BRING THE CONTENT!~
  5. Diesel's career was going south so this movie was definetley a career saver for him. I can't believe the movie did that well- especially with Robots coming out next week. And I swear- Raise Your Voice was a legit good movie
  6. Michael Ian Black only won b/c Norm beat himself. I don't get E! so no- I don't watch it
  7. Norm losing to Michael Ian Black pissed me off- since I hate MIB so much. Norm seems to have confidence issues whenever he plays games on TV. On Millioniare and Poker- he could've won but he got nervous and beat himself
  8. Do you think it was over Bret's declining mental state and depression post-Montreal and being misused by WCW? Plus Julie didn't seem like the nicest person in Wrestling w/ Shadows
  9. Well if it's true then why would he defend him? Hurricane didn't name names though. Just Lita. That has nothing to do with Matt though. Don't remember Matt saying that but his message board is locked right now and they probably have bad server issues.
  10. Yea- I watched it last night and I stand by that- despite the not so good direction by McNamara. I just wanted to know why someone wanted to see the Pacifier. At least Raise Your Voice got a good write-up in the NY Times.
  11. Matt Hardy hasn't said anything about Edge. Just Lita. My mistake. I kept thinking that the stories written by his "friends" are written on his specific board, but it's turned out that they came from different boards. His message board hasn't been online since the rumor with Edge came out. EDIT: ...and Matt hasn't exactly denied the reports from PWI and such sheets, which we know he and the company follows judging by his past commentaries. Why should Matt comment on the rumours? He's confirmed Lita cheated on him or did something to violate to his trust and that a friend betrayed him. His fans wanted info so he give them a little bit and it's the rest of the internet blowing it up. For Matt's sake he should probably keep it quet
  12. Matt Hardy hasn't said anything about Edge. Just Lita.
  13. Why? It looks terrible, reviews have been terrible and the whole 'big action star deals with bratty kids' plot has been done to death.
  14. If it's something of Norm's I've already seen then probably not. If it's something of Norm's I've never seen then I'd watch it.
  15. In Franken's defence- Why Not Me is hilarious. And he's written/been a featured player on SNL for a long time so I don't know which era you're referring to Robot Jerk.
  16. Holy hell Bob. Would you have seen Glitter if Norm was in it? Yep. I'd see any movie he was in
  17. What's your point? Yes I know WWE can do what they want but I'm saying if all this is true- Edge shouldn't be depushed for doing Lita
  18. Edge should only be depushed if he's not getting over in his current role. Not because he had a thing for Lita. If it's true- Edge is a major asshole for doing it but I think making him lose fake fights is a stupid way of punishing him- especially since most viewers have no idea that Edge fucked her. Why should WWE get involved in Edge and Lita's business? They're two adults involved in something that's consensual. It's totally scummy on both Edge and Lita's part but the company should not be playing babysitter. There's no reason they shouldn't be on the same show.
  19. Yup. Well that post was worthy of an exclamation point. Austin's heel turn didn't even start working creatively until he stopped dealing with HHH and Taker. Oh and him saying "My name is Stone Cold Steve Austin" was awesome.
  20. Considering business tanked after Austin turned heel- I'd say it didn't work too well. Creatively it might have been a success as I liked heel Austin, but it didn't work.
  21. No it didn't- the Astrodome was still cheering for Austin even though he had just turned heel
  22. He didn't really badmouth it- I don't think he liked a lot of the corny stuff like Spartans. He hates Chris Kattan and everything he did though. Norm got in hot water in 96-97 because Rolling Stone went to do a profile on SNL and how it was funny again and ended up focusing totally on Norm. From the article: Macdonald remains a staunch defender of the previous SNL regime. "That was a great time," he says. "Sandler, Farley and Spade were the funniest guys." And what of this new regime? "They're very talented. More talented than funny, to me."
  23. Norm is in it so sadly I'll cough up the $10 to see it
  24. I don't think so- with all the "We're a family" stuff it was fairly obvious it was a finale. Especially at the end when they showed the cast saying goodbye. From TVTome- This two part, which was originally shown as a one hour episode, was not intended to be a series ending episode. The makers of Full House wanted to bring the show back for a 9th season. The WB network was more than willing to bring Full House to their network, but John Stamos declined to continue to play as Jesse. The makers of Full House ended up having to re-tape this episode to use as a series ending episode. So I guess they reshot it to make more of a series finale
  25. Ryerson students just defeated something that would give more money for athletics. I don't think our basketball or hockey team won a game this year
