  1. It's Memphis so no. (I know I sound like a horrible fan but that's the truth) UTEP is a good team that might be going to the tourney or at least a strong NIT team and Rice also had a good season. Plus UAB is staying and they had a strong year. But if Washington can bounce back and have a great NIT- I think next year could be the year for Memphis to shine. When do they start recruiting and all of that?
  2. ROH is awesome- and does have MOTY candidates- don't know what you're getting at. But they're not breaking the attendance record at all. I think they'll be lucky to do 1,000.
  3. I think Washington will rebound. He had a terrific second half and was just exhausted. I'm not making excuses for him since I kinda want to kill him right now- but if they can do well in the NIT- he'll be all set to dominate next year. Great game, no animosity towards Louisville- but this ALWAYS happens to Memphis
  4. That sound you heard was me breaking everything in my room and cursing up a storm. Great job Tigers but god damn
  5. The refs usually screw over Memphis- you have nothing to worry about
  6. Kate and Allie had a spinoff named Roxie. Walker, Texas Ranger had a spinoff called Sons of Thunder. Babylon 5 had a spinoff called Crusade
  7. 18 had Rock v. Hogan- I'm not even a Hulkamaniac or anything yet for some reason I was jakked up for that match. For this Wrestlemania- I haven't got too excited yet. When/if they gave Regal, Tajiri and Booker matches I'll prob get more into it
  8. I'm excited about Memphis' run to the Conference Semis given how they managed to piss away a berth with those 4 straight losses. Even though USF is the easier opponent- I kind of wanted to face Cincinnati one last time and beat them in their last game against each other. Memphis beating Louisville if they beat USF is of course far from guaranteed. As a long time Tigers fan- I've dealt with my fair share of dissapointment from Memphis
  9. Brady Bunch had the Brady Brides. The Bradys doesn't really count since it was more an update of the original as was the Brady Variety Hour. I love that you capitalise FUCK like that. Florida Evans was Maude's housekeeper on Maude. The episode of Martin was more of a pilot for Pam. Fox never picked it up. Just like how Brady Bunch had a pilot for a show called Kenny's Kids or something that ended up becoming Together We Stand in 1986. The Dawson's spinoff was Young Americans- it was a summer burnoff.
  10. Yes- George Jefferson was Archie's neighbour. I've seen the episode where they spun them off- good stuff.
  11. Full House: STEVE!~ returns to take DJ to the prom Family Matters: The next to last episode where Urkel proposes to Laura. Some amazing continuity for a show not known for one. Lizzie McGuire: You rock. Don't ever change. And only I really mean it. Seinfeld: I'm out! Dave Letterman's cameo Jerry stealing the marble rye. NewsRadio: Bill telling Dave that he promises he won't ever play the piano again and that he's sorry and he'll never do it again. Two seconds later- Bill plays the piano. Bill talking about how the hound proved foxier then the fox. "Well screw you too!" "Is it cold in here or are you wearing an anatomically correct bra?" "Is your hand in my salad?" Matthew's moustache and Bill kissing him to see the effect Norm: Norm calling his boss assface in the pilot. The driving test in Drive Norm Said.
  12. Space Jam had stuff after the credits
  13. My list of Primetime series book has Out of the Blue as a spinoff of Happy Days. All in the Family has 5: Gloria, Maude, Jeffersons, Good Times (spin off of a spin off) and Checking In (spin off of a spinoff) Happy Days has 4. (Joanie Loves Chachi, Laverne and Shirley, Mork and Mindy, Out of the Blue) Danny Thomas has 3 (Andy Griffith which soun off Gomer which spun off Mayberry RFD) Mary Tyler Moore has 3 (Phyllis, Lou Grant, Rhoda) Sanford and Son has 3 (Sanford, The Sanford Arms, Grady) Law and Order has 3 (Law and Order: Criminal Intent, Law and Order: SVU, Law and Order: TBJ) Murder She Wrote spun off The Law and Harry McGraw.
  14. This was already posted in Gen Wrestling
  15. Not really no. The NWA Title has more history but given the booking of the ROH Title since Joe's win in March 2003- it now has a lot more prestige and importance then anyone would've imagined. If/when Jarrett loses- I don't think it will be as big as when Aries beat Joe.
  16. Where did you get this?
  17. Where was Book v. Orlando rumoured? The fact there was a rumour about Regal/Tajiri v. ? is pretty funny
  18. Christy Hemme: That AJ Styles is great- he has some selling issues but he's a joy to watch in TNA.
  19. Choken One was Shadow Beyond You. Why is BBCW still allowed to post considering his track record of awfulness?
  20. But this promo had nothing to do with Wrestlemania- like the other ones did. That's why people are hating on the commercial. And I know you like to shut your ears and ignore it all- but most of the Taker hate around here is deserved.
  21. Jeff held the title in 2001- not 2002. It was RVD-Y2J-Kane and then it got merged with the World Title. It came back in May 2003 with Christian winning
  22. He faced Goldberg in 2003
  23. It's less violent- it's supposed to be for people who wanted to see it but didnt think they could take all the gore. I loved the movie- but I don't care to see a tamer version
  24. I'm an insanely huge U2 fan- and I cringe everytime he opens his mouth. Most U2 fans do
