  1. Why do I get the feeling that WWE will sooner move Kane or someone like him to Smackdown to be a top contender before they give Benoit a chance to run with the main event ball?
  2. I had never heard of Mark Cuban before last night.
  3. Mabel is, and always will be, and untalented wrestler. However, at least Mabel is capable of putting on watchable matches (** like you said before). I've actually enjoyed Mabel in tag matches here and there over the years, and I've yet to ever enjoy Nathan Jones.
  4. I'm actually rather excited to hear about a rivalry developing Raw and Smackdown. This is exactly what the roster split needs to keep things interesting! Smackdown has been held back for a long time now and hasn't been the show it's capable of being (IMO, since Royal Rumble where Smackdown's matches made Raw look like a joke). Bringing Stephanie McMahon back to tv is an awful idea. She needs to stay away for a long, long time. A prolonged Steph absense would do a lot of good in redeeming the McMahon vs McMahon match from No Mercy.
  5. Yeah, I don't recall saying any of that. Then again, I didn't reallly have much opinions regarding this PPV.
  6. This thread has the potential to become extreme if some Jarrett fans and Dave O'Neil wander in here. Note: this was not intended to offend anyone.
  7. See, I was not imagining the severe lack of heat Triple H gets. No, the fans are just in awe of his presence. UYI LoL! Yeah, you're right... they are just amazed that he can still walk.
  8. HHH ALONE has more workrate then 2/3 of the participates in that match dude. Yeah, Triple H > Nathan Jones, Matt Morgan, and possibly Bradshaw. But Chris Benoit, Kurt Angle, Brock Lesnar, John Cena? The WWE Champion was in that match for fuck's sake! When was the last time a WWE Champion was put in the FIRST match of a PPV!
  9. See, I was not imagining the severe lack of heat Triple H gets.
  10. Yeah, feels like a real warzone now.
  11. Whoo hoo! (no sarcasm, seriously).
  12. Agreed That would save the match for me and give it a reason for existing.
  13. Ah, I see. I'm not too terribly surprised... ... so... any matches *** or up so far?
  14. The buried alive match sounds like it was pretty decent, now it's nap time.
  15. Oh, Triple H gets lots of noise for his entrance and all... but once the match starts... ugggh... (remembers Unforgiven...).
  16. I hope they don't and it pisses you off. It won't piss me off if it doesn't happen, I just like to dream. That, and HHH/Goldberg at Unforgiven got some boring chants too. I love how well WWE pays attention to crowd response. Kanyon gets heat... keep him in dark matches... HHH gets little to no heat... put him in a main event despite hardly having him around for two months!
  17. Honestly, I do. That is how much I dislike Goldberg. By the way, the match is going to have no heat. As it has been said before, you can't go from someone being buried alive to a match. I hope the crowd shits all over the match and chants "boring" throughout.
  18. so THEY can get beat down like lowly indie workers?? Could you imagine the uproar in these boards if that were to happen? We'd see the nastiest flames in the history of flaming. VERY TRUE...it would be very cool to see, but it wouldn't happen...unless Vince bought out TNA, and then the TNA guys would be shitted on, just like the WCW and ECW guys were/are... Well, if Vince were to buy out TNA, i'm afraid that I'd have to contribute to the uproar. Why have we been so burned these past few years by wrestling
  19. I wouldn't mind Triple H winning tonight except for a few reasons: 1) I don't want to read the complaining that would follow. 2) He's not supposed to be full-time again until Royal Rumble. 3) He just reigned for the better part of a year. 4) The feud had no build-up between HHH and Goldberg. This should have been Batista's match.
  20. HHH/Goldberg ME? BOO-URNS! How very exciting. Goldberg needs to win this match or the bitching that will follow will be inrivalved in terms of sheer anger and endlessness.
  21. so THEY can get beat down like lowly indie workers?? Could you imagine the uproar in these boards if that were to happen? We'd see the nastiest flames in the history of flaming.
  22. Don't worry, you can do the same on Thursday when Austin shows up on Smackdown.
  23. No, everyone was too busy checking out Stacey's ass as well.
  24. Sounds like a moment worthy of a severe mark-out.
  25. Because it was waaaay too important. Heat was designed for pre-show Cruiserweight championship matches.
