  1. Yeah I just wanted to confirm it was purely a contractual situation, because some people have been blowing it up like Deion Branch was the T.O. to NE's Philadelphia. And Branch can't exactly "prove" it. It takes a coach to draw up a play where the potential for a pass to Branch is there, and it takes a QB to throw the ball his way. Branch can't just impede on the other WRs' routes and grab their balls. So if the Patriots wants Branch to prove his worth their way, then yeah, Branch might as well just leave.
  2. Ok so its mostly a contractual dispute.
  3. What's the deal with Branch and the Pats to begin with? Why is he so upset? He was Brady's #1 target... of the WRs anyways.
  4. I had a cup of coffee as a HB legend, and the most points I think you can get from that position is 80. It was harder to get him to be a ***** prospect, due to the fact as a multi-faceted HB, you need a lot of points for a lot of attributes. I think, from what you said, about WRs getting a possible 100 points (meaning 20 per drill?), I would think it's harder than QB and HB to get a ***** rating. Unless you had attributes like Speed, Awareness, Agility, Acceleration, Jumping, Catching, Tackle breaking, and maybe Stamina and Toughness, to be in the high 80s- low/mid 90s, your WR wouldnt be a ***** prospect, I think.
  5. That is where I personally haven't found out. In NCAA, I always use a QB as my designated player. And I see something missing from your WR attributes that's kinda important. That thing called "catching". You need some semblance of awareness so you'd know what the fuck is going on during a play. Also need some strength (not too much, I'd guess it's not an important attribute to begin the season with), tackle breaking ability is semi important too.
  6. The maximum points you can get in the summer drills to set up a Legend as a QB is 60, I think. 12 points per drill. The 4-40 does count towards speed rating, by giving you points to upgrade the speed. If you max out your QB points in summer drill and use the attribute points well, your QB can be rated 90-91 to enter his freshman season.
  7. The thing that gets me is that supposedly TNA is supposedly planning long term, and I have to think, if this was their long plan involving Sting, I will feel like I wasted all this time bothering with TNA.
  8. I thought the word "belt" was banned from the announcers' lexicon long time ago, when it was decreed they be called Superstars instead of wrestlers?
  9. You can, but you have to turn it on to begin with. The default option is set to off. Also I learned the hard way importing a Campus Legend into HoF is kinda... well, not realistic.
  10. With Tucker James (Ben Foster) and Becca Fisher (Jewel Staite)? I wonder the same thing.
  11. I got the game at midnight. It's really fun. The only problem is my NCAA legend is rated 99 to begin with
  12. I finished my current campus legend's career in NCAA, just in time for Madden tonight. When he first joined New Mexico State, they were ranked in the 100's. After he came aboard, they went 52-0, but failing to get to the national title game. My legend goes on to the professional level with over 20,000 yards passing and 227 TDs, 4 QB of the Year awards, 3 Maxwell awards and 2 Heisman trophies (finishing primary runner up the other two years). I also made my school's hall of fame.
  13. I'd actually have held off the Goldberg title win until Starrcade. Let him run with the US title a bit longer, then get the belt off him without giving him a loss, and build to the big World title showdown.
  14. nfl.com doesn't list White as doing any work. Then again, nfl.com isn't all that accurate.
  15. See, I said it in the draft chat, people are overrating how often they will go to LT. Rivers will be fine. edit: Well there goes my final pick.
  16. You have Larry Johnson, no your HB situation isn't bad at all.
  17. The Brainbusters starting roster: QB: Tom Brady (1st round, 5th pick) HB: Laurence Maroney (5th round, 85th pick) WR: Reggie Wayne (2nd round, 36th pick) WR: Andre Johnson (3rd round, 45th pick) TE: Chris Cooley (4th round, 76th pick) W/R: Antonio Bryant (7th round, 125th pick) K: Jeff Reed (9th round, 165th pick) Defense: Tampa Bay (6th round, 116th pick) Backups: QB: Josh McCown (10th round, 196th pick) HB: Ryan Moats (11th round, 205th pick) WR: David Givens (8th round, 156th pick) TE: Joe Klopfenstein (13th round, 245th pick) HB or W/R: Jerious Norwood (12th round, 236th pick) HB or W/R: Darren Sproles (14th round, 276th pick) I'm really happy with my team.
  18. Who was Mr. Irrevelant?
  19. 5th.
  20. I got my draft window ready.
  21. He's just filling the token nigga quota for the team.
  22. Niggas gotta stick together, right?
  23. Because he is paying homage to his sudden favorite MLB team's star, Carlos Guillen.
  24. Just wait until Week 5 homie, it might be deja vu... Not that I particularly liked Irvin, but this is one of the reasons I hate Philadelphia Eagles fans.
  25. Benoit doesn't have strong enough mic ability to be a leader of a stable, since usually the leader is expected to do quite a bit of the stable's mic work.
