If Houston was going to entertain the thoughts of trades, meaning they dont care for Bush (which I know they probably have some kind of interest in), they'd want someone who is a bit better than their incumbent HB starter, Domanick Davis. Or they'd want someone that could fill a need like an OL or something.

If a team wanted Bush that badly I could see a scenario where they trade the HB AND their first rounder for the top pick. In the year Vick was drafted, he was drafted with San Diego's pick that Atlanta traded for.

I wonder how many NFL teams would be willing to trade their "franchise" backs just for a shot at Bush...
