I just hope USC isn't caught looking ahead to the title. They really need to hunker down and focus on UCLA. A win over UCLA should help them in the rankings and to push them further apart from Texas, because who are they kidding? UCLA > Colorado by a long shot.

I also think Orton should ditch his dad in a spectacular fashion. Have Orton lose a meaningful but inconsequential match via inadvertent botched interference by his dad. His dad enters the ring and helps Orton up. They embrace and then Orton gets a mic. "Thanks Dad, for all you've done for me. I really appreciate it. I was glad they inducted you in the Hall of Fame... hey wouldn't that make you a legend?" then BOOM, RKO, putting down the Cowboy. Orton then says, "Your services are no longer required." Preferrably this is done before the HIAC, so Orton can win the match vs Taker without his dad around.

Of the people Vince likes, Orton is probably the least offensive one. There's an outside shot he will push Rey but we know how he feels about guys who are shorter than his mailman. In the Eddie Tribute match, while I'm not saying both guys were good, Orton did look crisp in the ring vs Cena, and if he ditched his dad and did a take off on the Legend Killer (if he kills Taker for once and all), he should be fine. Besides the HIAC that he is slated to do with Taker should regain him some heat.

So I guess we're playing the fantasy booking game. Give the Royal Rumble spot to AJ Styles or Samoa Joe because they can work. If you don't like what Vince has to offer, watch something else on Mondays and Thursdays/Fridays. He won't change for a whiny idiot like you.

While I don't agree Orton is the ideal person to win at the Rumble, really, who else is there that Vince would REALISTICALLY want to push? I think Orton would be a better candidate for this spot than say, Chris Masters or Carlito. Though it makes me wonder if Edge is going to blow through the MitB beforehand, with the rumored matches being Orton/Batista and Cena/HHH? Have they even mentioned the MITB thing lately?

I'll be excited for the UCLA/USC game. Karl Dorrell is the coach for UCLA right? Well he went to the same high school as Reggie Bush, so there is that Helix connection. Oh and I think UCLA will be a possible stiff test for USC, as I've seen a few games of theirs and they have performed very well (No I didn't see the Arizona game).
