Speaking of trailers, I saw the ultimate in "holy shit, I am there" casting David Hasselhoff, Christopher Walken and Adam Sandler in "Click". I'm fucking sold. Add in the use of "Everybody wants to rule the world" as the trailer music and I was hooked.

Agreed on Radicals and Warrior. Warrior was great until they gave him a mic and he babbled for a half hour about something. Why don't the Saints give McPherson a shot? I thought he was on Arizona but then I checked and sure enough he is in New Orleans. He's like Brooks only much more accurate, stronger arm and decent speed. I think he'd be much better for them than going for Matt with the pick. They should go after A.J Hawk or another defensive player. Hell, a few offensive linemen couldn't hurt either. And don't the Raiders need a running back more than a quarterback? Granted they need both but maybe having a ground game to eat clock and keep the defensive line from getting winded by halftime would help them more. Just snag Cutler or Jacobs late and get a running back early. If Williams is still on the board, pick him.

And the guys in that league are really fast. I mean extremely fast. Size isn't important there, at all. I hear there is a flag football league in Va.

However, McPherson was always an accurate QB. It would be a great place for him to go to improve his accuracy and prove himself ready for the NFL. But Marcus won't lower himself to something like this. Marcus would struggle because of lack of accuracy for awhile and his arm strength would hurt him since you have to throw bullets. Lobs don't work very well in that league at ALL. Marcus has no problem with accuracy. He has a good touch and good accuracy, just the arm strength isn't there. And yes, he would be eaten alive in the Arena League. Yes, on weak passes. But when he tried to fire the ball at the speed needed for Arena league, it went all over the fucking place. On lobs, I think he'd be fine. On the straight bullet throws? Doubt it. I still think he's worth a fifth or sixth round pick but any higher and I'd question the sanity of the guy making the pick. He can go one of two ways. He can be a Maurice or he can be a great player. His attitude makes me question what kind of player he'll become. Right now, I'm leaning towards a Maurice. Unless his brother slaps him around a bit and tells him he'll cut him off if he doesn't stop fucking up.

Adrian McPherson went to the Arena league for a year and proved himself before getting drafted. If he just declared himself after being cut from FSU, McPherson wouldn't have seen the draft board. So he showed he could be a player and that all of that was a mistake. Marcus is acting like, "whatever man", which doesn't sit well with many GMs. I'm sure someone will take a chance, Arizona is even a possiblity since Denny will take chances, but after this I don't know.

So Ben Kingsley and Michael Caine are like the same? You know, part of me can respect that. But part of me still gets very confused when I see them in certain films.

Why does Ben Kingsley pick a great potential Oscar film SURROUNDED by pure shit that makes you go, "What the FUCK are you doing in this?!?!" when you see the trailer. It can't be the money cause I doubt there was much of a paycheck for being in this film.

Same thing happened with me and my girl. We were watching it and about 30 minutes in she turned and asked me, "is this a comedy?" To which I looked at her and said, "It's supposed to be but the cast told me it wouldn't be." We didn't laugh once, there was nothing there. Thankfully it was a rental and we ignored her suggestion to buy the damn thing.

Has anyone else noticed this draft is filled with a lot of projects at the top of the board and the guys who seem very ready for the NFL are being projected lower like in the late first to early second round? Just the big names alone have flaws. Young (if he decides to come out): His mechanics are suspect for the NFL and he hasn't grasped the whole sliding thing yet Leinart: Seems VERY slow to get his head into games and has extremely limited mobility if any at all Bush: Question on whether or not he can be a 20-25 carry guy in the NFL, leaving him as basically a third down back or converted WR if he can't. Seems like all the top picks this year that have more major questions than I can remember in a draft class.
