I really liked last night's show. The past few weeks it seems no storylines have really progressed other than the debut of Kofi and tonight it felt refreashing to see that storylines and feuds and gimmick were actually progressing and moving forward a bit. Oh and yes, I do like Kofi's in-ring style and tonight his finisher looked great on someone who actually took it correctly.

Or....the losses to Chavo and Edge are ways to set up a program. Why does there always have to be a reason why someone loses?

When was the last time MVP defended the US title (tv/ppv only)? I haven't seen or heard about him defending it in quite a long time.

Here are the results from the DMW show. The show started with Commish Big Mo annoucing that DMW Tag Team Champions had been stripped of their DMW Tag titles because they hadn't defended them within 60 days. So tonight's main event was The Fun Atheltic Guys Kimo and Chico vs two members of the Surburban Commandos T-Rent and D-Unit to crown new DMW Tag Champions. Match 1:Battleroyal to determind who gets a DMW title shot by the end of the night. Winner; Jason Vega after eliminating Jason Vega After the Battleroyal, Sir Samurai and his attorney Ramon Clarkson came out. Ramon got on the mic and challenged Maynard Skynard to a match..which led to. Match 2: Maynard Skynard vs Ramon Clarkson Winner: Maynard Skynard via pinfall after chokeslamming Ramon Clarkson. Match 3: Virgil Flynn vs America's Most Hated member Anton Vorhees Winner: Anton Vorhees via pinfall Match 4: DMW XXX Title Match Dan Daniels vs Johnny Plinko vs Kenny "Rot" Wyler (champion) The rules of the match have changed, the match is still no DQ and no Countout, but it's now one fall to finish. Winner and still DMW XXX Champion Kenny "Rot" Wyler via pinfall After the match was over, Kenny got on the mic and started running down Joe Applebaumer who was not at the show due to a schdule conflict.....well that was until Joe Applebaumer walked through the front door with his luggage in hand. Joe got into the ring and Kenny Wyler and Joe Applebaumer started going out. Ref Toby ran out from the back and told the ring annoucer to ring the bell to start Kenny "Rot" Wyler vs Joe Applebaumer with the DMW XXX Title on the line! Match 6: The Honor Society Sir Samurai and Mr. Frost w/ Ramon Clarkson vs Helfyre & ??? This match marked the return of Helfrye from his knee injury he suffered at WrestleFanFest and along with his return, Helfrye brought some mind games to play on the Honor Society when it came to his mystery partner. Helfrye came to the ring alone, and The Honor Society waited to see who Helfyre picked as his partner. Maynard Skynard's music hit and out came Maynard....but wait, Maynard Skynard stopped at the curtain. All of a sudden Shaun Sim's music hit and Sim's came out. He then stopped next to Maynard and they both pointed at the curtain again and out came The Big Ugly. It was offically, The Honor Society Sir Samurai and Mr. Frost w/ Ramon Clarkson vs Helfyre and The Big Ugly Winners: Helfyre and The Big Ugly via DQ after Ramon slid into the ring and hit Big Ugly in the back with a briefcase. Match 7: America's Most Hated member Alexis Darevko vs Mike Hyashi winner: Alexis Darevko via pinfall after AMH member Shiek Kahn Abodi hit Mike with the BRAWL Internet title. Match 8: Shaun Sims vs Timothy Thatcher Winner: Shaun Sims via pinfall. Match 9: DMW Championship Match Jaon Vega vs Rik Luxury Winner: Jason Vega via countout. After a back and forth grueling match, Rik Luxury rolled out of the ring and grabbed his DMW Championship and purposely got counted out to save his title. We all know (TNA apprently doesn't) that a championship does not change on a count out, so Rik Luxury is still DMW Champion. Match 10: The Main Event The Fun Atheltic Guys vs The Surburban Commandos to crown new DMW Tag Team Champions. Winners and NEW DMW Tag Team Champions; The F.A.G's After the match was over, D-unit and T-Rent attacked Kimo and Chico from behind and stole the DMW tag titles from the F.A.G's. The next Devil Mountain Show is Feb. 16th!

I'm skeptical about the Devil May Cry series and here's why. When the first one came out years ago, my friend had bought it. Well one day while they were watching DBZ in the living room, I went to his room to play DMC....and I really walked through it and beat it within a few hours. I was very disappointed as the game was suppose to be challanging. Oh and I know it's really late to post this, but for the guy who was wondering about the NFL Tour game...I played the demo and found far to easy to score and other things.

So the next match I'm posting was filmed at a NAW wrestling event and took place is Modesto CA at the Fat Cat and is a deathmatch. It's Rage vs T-rent vs Jesus Kruze with me as Referee. North American Wrestling is a promotion that normally runs out of Modesto and Fresno CA. For this match, if your wondering why the crowd is pretty quiet, it's mainly because this match took place at a bar/club on a Sunday night and this match took place around midnight. So imagine a bunch of drunk fans around midnight. The match was filmed by Christopher "Tak" Clark. Tak normally films the NAW shows and will post matches on Myspace and Youtube. Now pretty soon, I'm going to start posting videos from The SPW Best of Seven Series 2007, which pitted SPW Champion Adam Thrownstoe vs Rik Luxury in a best of seven match series. Some matches types that took place, a table match, a cage match, and a 1 hour hardcore iron man match. Here's a preview of some of the action that took place.

I'd mark if Foley did all 3 personalitys. They did that in 1998 because it was relevant and because of the lack of depth. Either would be in question here. If Charlie could get the gimmick over, it'd be a cute spot but as it stands, it'd be a waste. It's Foley, it doesn't have to make sense. Foley would do it just for the cheap pop/laugh. Plus I really miss the Cactus Jack music. You'd want to waste three spots that could be served to other talents as well as angles, to do something that was done 10 years ago and wouldn't get much of an cheap pop. The crowd loved the 3 Faces of Foley, in 1998. Doing it in 2008 is overkill. A) It happen 10 years ago...who cares? B) The other 2 spots, not 3. He wouldn't be Mick Foley, just Dude Love/Cactus Jack/Mankind, would be elimations anyways. C) Doing it once in ten years time is overkill? okie dokie.
