Actually, in Jerk's defense, I loved this this post, which answers your question. And there really aren't that many midwest posters.... Kansas - me, Jerk, Coat Missouri - Rob E, Man in Blak Nebraska - Lushus, Carnival Iowa - none afaik South Dakota - none afaik Minnesota - Piss, Hoff, Vern/Culloden North Dakota - that one guy...
