I see a lot more shaved-headed men then I do scragglers Plus it's much easier to shave your head and keep it that way than it is to grow it out and keep it that way, so I wouldn't call it distinctive.

Meh It reminds me of in sitcoms or movies when everyone is laughing at some insensitive situation and then someone comes in and says "How DARE you!" and then everyone is all awkward and shuts up. I stand by everything I said earlier
